George, what a wonderful person. He was smiling all the time as he was helping us. It was getting late on Saturday afternoon and past the closing time for the business. As we finished taking care of all the paperwork George took us to help us with going over all the important things and how to take care of the new trailer I had purchased. As we started connecting the trailer not only George helped us to make sure we have everything we needed to pull off safely from the lot. As we found out that we needed a connector which I thought I had with me, without hesitation George offered us to get the right connector we needed from place nearby. Finally we left the sales lot around 5PM & George was with us until the last moment to make sure we are taken care of & left from there safely.

I would like to say, I really appreciate the employee, who helped me with my trailer purchase! I also purchased an upgraded rims and tires. I saved a lot of money that day! Thank you again!

Customer service at the location in Lavonia was great! The guy there was awesome and did a great job. He was always professional and my friend remembered him. He sold him his 6 by 12.
Things that could have been better:
1. Different taillights on the trailer from one side to the other. The guy there had to change out one side.
2. Did not have a wheel for the crank instead of a sand pad. Not in stock.
3. Did not have a spare wheel with black rim like the one on the trailer. Only had upgraded tire on black rim. I did not purchase it - lost sale.
4. Did not have any D rings. Lost sale.

EVERYONE here helped us have the most amazing experience with such a big buy. Buying something so expensive can be stressful, but because of the time and effort by everyone here it was a great experience and had some good laughs along with it! Thanks for being amazing!

My purchase of an enclosed cargo trailer went seamlessly. The salesman, Victor, is like the Standard of the Industry when it comes to efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism. I would certainly strongly consider the Houston location Trailers Plus group next time I'm in the market.

Amazing a quick service in and out service

Drive 2 hours to pickup the trailer that I found, reserved and finally picked up on Saturday. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the trailer. It was a rainy day but that didn’t slow them down.
The trailer was in condition as reported which was new. Trailer did not disappoint.
If needed, I will do business with them again, even if a trailer plus has a location closer to me with the item.

Great service. MAde the transaction very smooth. Worked with me as a customer and adjusted what I needed and wanted to make my trailer mine. Andrew was a good young man to work with.
When the paperwork did not match with the numbers we discuss he was on it and made the finance folks correct their error.

Shop contacted my next day after product inquiry and set an appointment for the following day. Staff was Friendly and knowledgable about the products. This is my second purchase from the Lodi Trailers Plus.

It took almost a week to get an appt to come in and see the trailers so it caused us a lot of grief with the delay and redoing or schedules to leave. They kept saying they would call us back, to see if we could get in, in the next few days, but no one called us back.
We finally reserved a trailer and got an appt.
other than all the trouble of finally getting in, we were able to buy that day and drive off.
The salesman we had seemed nice and was able to explain the different models.

Great service got me in and out very quick

The service was excellent - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchase process a breeze. I even had to cancel one appointment due to conflict and reschedule - not a problem on their end, they very cheerfully rescheduled and were ready to help when I arrived. I was in/out in just under 30 minutes - excellent experience.

For those worried about COVID, I felt all processes were very safe. I was the only person on the lot for my appointment, masks and shields were in place, and the contract was all e-signed via my email account.
