Very good customer service very satisfied how they went over the trailer checking it out before I left with it. They were very good about showing how to operate the trailer also

Local store employees did what they could to get me in and out as fast as possible. As a business owner time is money. I have purchased several trailers from TrailersPlus but every time I show up it is taking longer each and every visit. I called ahead and got the exact amount I needed to pay and brought a certified bank check with me. The local store had to call someone at the corporate office and I had to wait for them to process and then they supposedly couldn't get my bank to verify the check. What the hell is the point of a certified bank check?!
I had to call my bank and put them on speaker phone to confirm funds were available. We then had to try and call corporate office and whoever he called it went to voicemail. Extremely frustrating.

Online signing and waiting for "paperless" processing took up a lot of my time. I lost 30 minutes in just waiting on these new processes.

TrailersPlus have grown and hired a bunch of middle management that have slowed down the process because they don't know what it's like to actually own a company and understand the thin line of efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. Fire some of the overhead and get back to basics or repeat customers like me will shop else where. I passed 3 Home Depots and 2 Lowe's stores to purchase from you. You are not the cheapest but I know the quality. However, I am willing to learn about a big box store trailer to avoid this frustration in the future

My wife and i have been looking all over Las cruces,nm and el paso for a good deal on an enclosed trailer, we got bate and switched by a competitor and my wife called trailers plus, made an appointment, and was treated right by the salesman and the gentleman who prepped the trailer. Got a great deal and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend !!

Staff at the store was great. However the corporation is choking the service to death. I spent 4 days trying to get ahold of the store but could only talk to the BDC call center. They kept saying the store manager would call me. Never did. Almost impossible to make an appointment. Almost impossible to talk to someone who can help. Almost impossible to talk to a person actually at the store. I don't know how they sell any trailers.

Initial contact was sketchy at best. A sales person, Sam, was very reluctant to give me very much info related to the trailers I was interested in and even more reluctant to give me an appointment. After explaining my situation several times he left me the impression I wither had an appointment or I didnot, even thought I assured him I would be there. He insisted I had to have a response to a text mssg. to confirm or the appointment would not be registered. I have no texting capabilities on my phone and told him I was not going to involve others in my business.

I arrived on time for my appt. and was met by a person, whose name I do not recall. When he asked who my appt. was with I replied "Sam" and was informed he had just left for lunch. The person on the lot left to find someone else to assist me and I started to look at trailers in the category interested in. A young man, Justin, came out to greet me and engaged me in a very complete intro to the products in the category I was interested in. Justin patiently took me through the available units and accessory possibilities. I made a choice and followed through with the purchase. I discovered Justin and I were both Navy veterans and our experiences were quite different in the service

I would hope that you know what a fine young man you have working for you and representing your company. I will recommend Trailer Plus and Justin, but would steer people away from "Sam"

Great experience! I’m very happy with my trailer. The phone staff was very helpful. The guys at the office/yard in Bakersfield were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely recommend TrailersPlus to anyone looking to purchase a trailer.
