We would, however, like to address your comments This is certainly not our intention or the way we operate. We take supporting families and individuals with additional needs very seriously and aim to provide a helpful and supportive service throughout the booking process.
Our administration fee is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions and is charged for the administration, booking and support services we provide. These terms are available for customers to review before proceeding with their booking.
As a travel agent, we also do not necessarily receive or have access to the same prices offered when booking directly with suppliers, so our prices can differ from those available online.
We’re sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way, but we hope this clarifies that our fees and pricing are not intended to take advantage of our customers, and that the administration fee is clearly communicated as part of our terms and conditions.

Awful booking experience and Inspire take around 20% commissions fees from any vouchers you have. Don't touch them. If your employers offers you vouchers benefits, go somewhere else! If you want to book a flight or hotels...Go direct. Avoid this company or you'll be out of pocket.

We’re sorry to hear that your booking experience left you feeling this way. We’d like to reassure you that we are a genuine travel agent, and the suggestion that we simply “take” 20% of your vouchers isn’t an accurate reflection of how our voucher and booking process works.
As a travel agent, our prices can sometimes differ from those available when booking directly with airlines, hotels or other suppliers, as we don’t always have access to the same direct promotions or rates. This can also work both ways, with our rates sometimes being more competitive than booking direct.
Our vouchers can be redeemed against eligible bookings with us, with the added benefit of our support before, during and after your travel.

⚠️ AVOID INSPIRE – MY EXPERIENCE
I would strongly advise people, especially vulnerable and disabled customers, to think very carefully before using Inspire.
A family member gave me a £400 voucher, and I booked a holiday through Inspire. The holiday was booked as a package through Jet2. The Jet2 holiday price was £2,300, yet Inspire charged me £2,779 — a difference of £479. I believe customers should be given a clear and transparent explanation for such a large difference.
What makes this even more upsetting is that Inspire is supposed to support vulnerable people. In my experience, I did not feel supported or treated with the care and respect I would have expected.
I also experienced rude and intimidating behaviour over the phone. I felt pressured, rushed and bullied into making payment, rather than being given proper time to understand what I was agreeing to. No customer, particularly someone who may be vulnerable, should feel pressured into handing over money.
My dealings with Paul who was making up prices as you go and Keith inflating prices the next day have also left me extremely unhappy. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with either of them.
I feel extremely let down by the whole experience. I believe people should check the price directly with Jet2, ask for a complete written breakdown of every charge, and take their time before making any payment.
For me, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Inspire. I would not use them again, and I would strongly urge others to do their research before booking through them.
This is my honest account of my personal experience and how I was treated.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I would personally avoid using Inspire in the future and would encourage others to carefully check prices and compare them directly with Jet2 before booking.
I also have concerns about my dealings with Paul and Keith and would not personally recommend dealing with them based on my experience.
They seem to make up prices as they go.
Please make sure you get a full price breakdown in writing and check the direct Jet2 price before committing to a booking.

Unfair Gift Voucher Value Reduction
No problem with the staff in this company , but people need to be aware that you will pay MORE for your holiday using them . We were bought a £100 voucher which we wanted to use to take our Grandson on holiday . Hoseasons direct booking was £275 but Inspire charged us £295. So £20 increase! On my Hoseason account is a receipt for £275 and showing a reduction in cost for Inspire of £34.38 (Agent commission),it appears Inspire got my holiday for £240.62 ( Screenshot of invoice available). So with the £20 extra for the holiday, they appear to have "earnt" £54.38, while I lost £20 of my voucher value. I would never want another voucher from Inspire , I now see there are lots of people with the same situation on these reviews.
I have queried this situation with Hoseasons and Inspire, and basically met a dead end with them blaming each other. I am shocked with the response from Hoseasons (separate review) after booking holidays with them for 40 years !

We’d like to clarify that we are a genuine travel agent, and our pricing can sometimes differ from the rates available when booking directly with a supplier. Suppliers may offer different rates, commissions or promotions to travel agents, and this can work both ways — there are also occasions where booking through us can be more competitive than booking direct.
We appreciate that seeing a difference in price can be frustrating, however our vouchers also provide the benefit of being able to use them towards eligible holidays, along with the support of our team before, during and after your travel.

Booking prices
As all other comments read, staff were very nice to deal with but there is a massive BUT for me,
We Had a voucher bought as a gift, (£150 value) the price they wanted to arrange booking on a £117 room worked out at £220. Mr turpin springs to mind.
Advised daughter to never buy us another!

To be honest, found the website difficulty to navigate and had trouble paying but had a great phone call from Paul (PW2) today who was so helpful and kind. A lovely conversation, tips on where we are staying, took payment and was wonderfully kind.

I had to exchange a voucher online to enable me to book our break and he gave me his personal number so I’d be directed back to him. This avoided having to explain the situation again to another member of the team.

A good service once I had found my holiday
When I first called through I was a bit disappointed as I asked if I could give them my holiday requirements and they come back to me with suggestions as I did not have a specific destination, I was told I needed to look and find my holiday then call them back to book, once I had done this I got through to Paul who was very helpful and thorough when booking my holiday. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
