Our daughter was in need of a ticket as the one she purchased many months ago was denied when she went to the airport. My wife researched and we bought her a new ticket, but there were complications with communication devices Devika, called our phone in the US, so we could get the proper information processed to finalize the ticket. We are grateful our daughter now has a valid ticket! We hope now all will go well so we can see her on our turf this evening.

I've dealt with TD Team for the last 8 months on numerous requests and they have been rock solid in terms of support.

Great service. Due to emergency reasons ive to cancel the flight booking. Staff named Rio helped me to cancel the booking under 24 hours and provide full refund.

This is satisfying at last.
When I started booking they called me and asked for 150 for the round trip luggage forwarding since they said if I get it on site it’ll be more expensive, I was a bit confused so just refused that offer.
Later on they said there’s a 30 pound price raise while I was waiting but I checked it it’s the same so Veronickaa helped me sorting that out. Then she just got me a free deal on a luggage forwarding as well. If it weren’t for her I’d suspect this trip would be false but yeah totally got saved now remind you this is written after booking I haven’t taken the flights themselves but for what it’s worth I’m just gonna wait and give my experience so far a solid 4 (5 for Veronickaa).

Basically Devika phoned me to say the baggage is extra and quickly sorted it out.
The ticket was £321 and I paid £368 because of baggage.

After I booked the ticket on the Traveldecorum website, they asked for another 98 pounds to obtain the e-ticket. But I refused to pay such an amount, they then decreased it to 58 pounds. The final price is almost the same as the price on the airline's official website. It means that you cannot get a cheaper price, but waste your time in bargaining. And you will also need to negotiate for enrolling your passport number after booking the ticket. Still a waste of time.

I found the entire trip using Google and decided on which flights I wanted. Traveldecorum was just one of the options to purchase the airline tickets without going directly to the two airlines myself. About 1/2-hr after I purchased the tickets I received a call from a gentleman named Sonny at Traveldecorum saying they needed another $80 to secure the tickets, or I would have to cancel them, even though they billed me for what I found online, including service fees etc. I paid the extra $80 because I didn't want to deal with it anymore after taking about 3hrs to book the hotel and airfare myself. I could have probably have gotten the tickets directly from the two airlines for the price I saw. I still do not know what the extra $80 was about.

Feel like I was robbed. Booked the ticket at one price then told no seats available, the flight is overbooked, can I be flexible. Travelling for a funeral so no choice, had to pay £197 to secure a seat. They didn’t actually reserve any seat so no gain there and there were plenty of empty seats on the flight. Total con.

The customer service is excellent and unlike other agents, easy to get them on the phone even on a Sunday. The staff were very proactive to fix a baggage allowance related issue which I had made.

Alec and Devika were both brilliant.

I would give Devika 10/10 and Alec 15/10 (he really went the extra mile).

The price was good and the team constantly called me and kept communication going. There was an issue where I couldn't book my seat but they fixed it. I would definitely use them again - they were brilliant.

The help from Kate was very clear and concise. The staff got to the bottom of any issue in record time, and the customer service was excellent.

I had a nice experience. They have contact me to give me better deals than the ones that I found online. Mike the manager and Charles were very helpful and kind. First time using a travel agency, I always thought that booking straight away with the airline was the best option, but them just changed my mind. Thank you very much!!
