A huge thanks to Rony! He was very patient and understanding when he assisted me with my booking with Travel Decorum. His speedy emails, literally instantaneous assured me he was attentive and dedicated to ensure I received the best customer service possible. Even though we spoke over the phone, it felt as if he was right there with me. Thanks again Rony!

Justin was a fantastic agent. He assisted me in securing 4 tickets, after the pricing had changed on the website, patiently explaining the process, showing me similar pricing to ensure I was confident that the updated pricing was legitimate and then applied discounts that were available to him to help bridge the gap. He continued to correspond with me via email to ensure I received the ticketing information. Thank you Justin.

Sorted my issue with booking a fully packed flight smoothly. Very helpful Devika and Veronica.

Fast call to confirm my ticket is done and is very kind and polite

Devika was efficient, polite, prompt and helpful. Couldn't fault her in any way

Over charged

Quick responsive . Charles was really helpful

FANTASTIC FIVE STAR SERVICE FROM
KATE THANKYOU...

Rony was a great help. Thank you for making it an easy experience.

The help was extremely quick and useful (Rio Rony), but I can't help to think based on other replies I've had the wool pulled over my eyes and fallen for the same trick as others.

My flight was changed from a preferential time to a really untimely one, and up-charged to the sum for £124.76. It is unlikely that I'll be using this service again - but Rio was absolutely fantastic and did his job well.

Stan was very good very efficient and found best deal and quick on answering calls and emails.

Rio helped me with the cancellation, he’s very polite and professional.

Charles was great very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly

Ethan was very flexible, confirming my reservation at a short moment’s notice at an even better than the airlines could provide.

A word of advice, this Company cannot honour the prices they promote online, even if you book your flight with them, and they take your money. They will tell you how they cannot get the airline to issue a ticket at the price that they promoted. I have just been through the bait and switch with them and Etihad. So rather steer clear of this one. NOT WORTH TRUSTING THIS ONE

Thank you for following up and making sure that the booking went through. Great service.

The circumstances were very difficult but Charles who managed it all was very clear, patient and reassuring.

There was a pricing error but after speaking to Charles he kindly resolved the issue. Charles was very professional and considerate.
