Insurance was very easy to purchase on line and the price was reasonable. Hundreds of dollars less than the cruise line offered.

I have been travelling very widely throughout the entire world since 1981. Although I have had only one rather minor ($380) claim, Trawick has been a pleasure to be insured by.

I really like this company. Their insurance is reasonably excellent coverage. Phone calls are handled professionally and answered to help you with the best coverage for your situation. I have used them on 3 different cruises. Haven’t had to use them on any trip. It’s good peace of mind to know you are covered.

Ease of signing up! I am 70 and in good health! Your age limitation only allowed me to get $100K coverage on the policy! It would be nice to have those limits increased on our next overseas trip!

Sold me a policy without properly specifying limits in conformation. When I asked them why, I got nonsense for an answer. Btw, I’m an insurance executive so I know what I’m critiquing here.

I was on a recent trip (2/16/2026-2/28/2026 to Jordan and Egypt. My luggage was left in Jordan (1 hour flight) on my flight to Cairo. The tour coordinator and myself made the loss / delay luggage at the Claim Office at the airport; I was provided with a claim receipt!and was told I’ll get a call as to the status of my luggage. My luggage was delivered after 5 days. I had to buy clothes since everything is in the luggage. I filed a claim but they closed the case as I was not able to provide 2 documents that were not provided to me. All of these I explained in the email I sent Trawick.I paid $420’for this insurance policy. I would have given 0 star for this very poor quality insurance company. Don’t choose this company. Please read their reviews.
