Misleading advertisements. Eye ink doesn't work in the slightest.

Horrible misrepresentation of product I paid for. Request for return instructions and refund were met with only if I pay for return to China. Horrible horrible company to deal with Beware

This company is a rip off, do not touch it with a barge pole.
They mud sell the product then when you are not happy with it and want to return the item they offer you a 10% refund as you have to return the item to china at your expense.
Rubbish products with even worse customer services.
Please folks boycott this company.

They never sent me the item for months now to tell me you don't have it in stock and they want me to buy something else from them no way in hell

The first pair of shoes I ordered didn't fit ,refused to refund me ,told me I had to cotac China or send me another pair since they refused to give me refund I accepted another pair ,fit but the plastic that fit around heal want stay on foot I contacted irate again ,they advised nothing they could do. So they stole my money shoes in picture wete pretty but impossible to wear i give them a 0 ratinh

I’d give zero if it were an option. The company is a sham. Took more than a month to receive the products and they are not what I ordered. There is no way to return them without the company’s response to an email. But they don’t respond.

When I asked for a refund, They want you to return item to China!!!! Even tho return address on package was Southall and Website is in Netherlands!!

They sent me a broken item and gave me so much grief when trying to get a refund that I had to get my credit card company involved to get this item refunded. They are based in China and their website states the Netherlands, which is not true. They tried to get me to keep the item and take a 10% refund, why it doesn't work???

Trend Delight, this is a company that you should avoid at all costs, they advertise their products on Pinterest and what you order is not what you receive, recently purchased full mouth dentures as a temporary fix until I can get a dentist appointment, what was advertised on their website was a set of dentures top and bottom, which were accompanied by a box that the product would be dispatched in,.product arrived in a clear plastic molded container, wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap and stuffed into a grey economy post bag (from China),and these were posted through my letter box. Visit there website and see for yourself ..Further update 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫,items returned to Returns department and signed for, company wants proof that they were dispatched, address they were dispatched to,date items returned, courier service used, so be aware that if you purchase any item from this seller and you want to return item you will have a battle on your hands 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫
NO REFUND, RETURNS ADDRESS IS IN CHINA AND NOT SOUTHALL, UK,THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY THIEVES
