No load lifters…
PASS35 has no load lifters so shoulder straps could not be adjusted to suit back length. Once shoulder straps were tightened the pack lifted and the top of the shoulder straps was above the top of shoulders. Therefore, the weight is not on the top of the shoulders but is pulling back on the front of the shoulders causing neck strain.
The frame creaks with every step and that is only with a 10kg load.
Redundant small pouches on the waist belt and one of the shoulder straps.
Redundant pouch that is inside the main pack and accessed by zip at front of pack- when pack is loaded you cannot even slide you hand in, this should have been an external pouch.
If the redundant pouches were removed and the load lifters added this could have been a great pack as the waist band works well enough in shifting weight to the waist.
As it stands, however, this pack is a bit of a disaster.

Frustrating gift card experience
I’m feeling frustrated with Trespass. I recently received a Trespass gift card, then spent time choosing something online that I wanted to buy, only to then find at checkout that gift cards can’t be used for online purchases. In disbelief I called customer services who indeed confirmed that gift cards can only be used in store, and that the store may be able to help me order the item I wanted. So I took the time to visit my local store to find the trousers I wanted in stock, but not in the right size or colour, and they couldn’t be ordered for me either.
So I’m now stuck with a gift card that can only be spent in a store that has limited stock compared to online, some of which is at different prices.
Why is this the case in this day and age? So many other companies allow gift cards to be used to purchase online so it’s clearly technically possible. So now do I buy something from the store that I don’t want as much, or hope that Trespass start to accept gift cards for online purchases before my gift card expires??
On the positive side (hence the 2* rating) Customer Services answered the phone quickly and I was able to speak to a real person, and the trousers seemed very good quality (which also makes it worse that I can’t easily buy them…!)
Overall not a positive experience for me with Trespass and it doesn’t encourage me to recommend, or use them again, unless they are able to move better with the times and improve their payment methods to include gift cards for online ordering.

The items I ordered were great, really good quality and price in the sale. Would have given 5 stars but my delivery was a week late due to the courier, which wasnt Trespass' fault. Communication was good with Trespass Customer Service though and they did refund my postage costs. Would buy from them again.
