I booked my sister a ticket through these scammers and when she got to the airport there was no record in American Airline system of her confirmation number. I called the agent at Trust fares and he said that American Airlines canceled the ticket which is not true they don't have the ability to cancel tickets. He then said the only choice was to book her on a lower tier Airlines Frontier that left 7 hours later. She was flying to Raleigh-Durham for a surgery do not trust or use these people they are scammers!!!!!!

Terrible experience, avoid by any means. They show low price, but then don't issue booking confirmation until the very last moment to say that airline has cancelled your trip and you have to pay more! This is SCAM

Very very bad experience with Trust fare booking site I highly suggest please do not use this kind of website to book tickets. Very very bad experience never happen this. They charge money and send reservation details after calling many times. Once receive the confirmation upon getting boarding pass get to know there is no reservation. We had to pay at airport and all last min huddle we could have miss the flight. I recommend please do not use trust fare for any kind of booking.

For a company to be named TrustFares, I will never trust them again. Their customer service agent Michael Thomas was very rude and disrespectful. For the company to not take ownership for cancelling my reservation and not communicating this information ahead of time is unacceptable and unprofessional. How I found out my reservation was cancelled was when I had isssues trying to check-in to my flight. Nothing was ever emailed to me nor was I called. Very very frustrasting situation and no resolution. And when I asked to speak with a supervisor several times, I was denied that request and told they can send an email with my callback number. When you do that, nobody ever calls you back. This was something that required immediate escalation to a supervisor and Michael wouldn't do it. Terrible service. I was left with having to find another flight on my own that was more than double the original price I paid with TrustFares. Proceed with HIGH caution when booking with them.

I paid for a ticket yesterday. Their website says confirmation within 24 hrs. Still haven't received any confirmation. Emails unanswered and now on the phone 1.5 hours, still on hold

They are Indian fraudster, typical bait and switch techniques are what they use to lure customers. An absolute stay away, please be very aware!!!!!

Customer service was superb! Lola can be crazy and I was nervous but she was cared for as one of their own! Thank you! We will be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would as this is what this company deserves! 6 days before our trip an email is sent to say our flights haven’t been confirmed by airline. Subpar customer service. AVOID unless you like frustration and ruined plans.

It’s a fake website it allows to book a flight and then they will call you for more money even after the confirmation number is issued.
DO NOT GO WITH THEM

Scammers. My grandmother bought a ticket and got it cancelled so she could get another time. She bought another and they told her the previous one as cancelled. We called again and both were charged. The they had "cancelled" was still on. Don't use this agency if you don't want to lose your money. They said we couldn't get a refund even though it was within the 6 hours. I would give it 0 if I could.

SCAM! SCAM! Compré para mi hija y recibí confirmación (con número e info) en mas de una ocasión y dos dias después me enviaron un email diciendo que debia comunicarme. Cuando llamé me dijeron que aun no tenia pasaje y me ofrecieron otro “con descuento” por mucho mas de mi primera reservación; por supuesto lo rechazé. Yo nunca miro mi email y fue una casualidad que yo revisara este aviso (pensaba que era una estafa). Al final lo compré diectamente con la aerolinea y el precio fue menos. Eso fue totalmente irresponsable y abusivo. Intentaron estafarme y gracias a esto perdí otros precios mas economicos. Cuando ellos me avisaron ya los vuelos de todas las aerolineas habian subido de precio. Fue una manera de “obligarme” a comprarlo con ellos mas caro. Estafa!!! No compren con ellos.

The worst experience I have ever had with this scam company,,, it’s a scam company beware of them, I booked my ticket through them two days ago and when I get to the spirit airlines they informed me that my ticket didn’t get confirmed or got cancelled due to the payment that this scam company used for purchase,
They used three credit card to purchase my ticket all of them are declined so spirit airlines consider it as a fraudulent, they attempted to purchase my ticket with three different cards after they charged me…. Be careful !

The price was cheaper than anything I could find online. I got my boarding passes emailed to me in plenty of time to be able to take care of my seat & bags.

Very smooth process. Staff was friendly and helpful
