The reviews citing this travel site as a scam that tries to upsell you are accurate. The positive reviews are likely fake. My friend and I booked a flight with them on Dec 24 for January on French Bee airlines. We called Dec 26 since we had not received an e-ticket confirmation despite the site saying processing was 24 hours but we gave them the benefit of the doubt given the holidays (though all bookings should be automatic). Thankfully they didn’t charge our cards. They stated the ticket was delayed due to the holiday but we would have a ticket by mid-day the 27th. Today, on the 27th, I received an “urgent email that they needed verbal confirmation for my reservation- sketch but okay. I called to be told the ticket was on standby still for the original price but they could confirm a ticket now for $129 more than what was originally quoted. I said no I wanted to cancel and the individual I spoke to said he would send me an email with the updated details. I said no, I just wanted to cancel and I wanted an email confirming that the reservation was cancelled. At the time of this review, I did not receive a cancellation confirmation despite asking for one multiple times, and have now emailed them to ask for written confirmation of cancellation so they can’t charge my card.

Straight gargabe. Trash. Scam. Cant be real. Cost me my dream job. Never got my boarding passes. I call they said my flight was changed. That didn't work for the event I needed to attend. I call back to see if I can get to this event at all. They give me different flights. 6 hours no passes. 5 phone calls and every single call I'm told to wait another hour. I'm out of time now. I need to leave for the airport. I call frontier customer service since that's the airline I'm booked with. They inform me my booking was canceled due to fraud. They had attempted my card over 20 times. Now noone had told me this and I work for the bank of the card I was using and never got a fraud alert. They charged me more than agreed and charged me 3 times. So im now out the fare I never used. The rental car and hotels that were non refundable and I lost the job of a lifetime. *$&$;$% this company. If it's even real. When they sent me passes the app you download is a fake. It says internal error. DO NOT USE THEM. PAY THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY.

I had a very disappointing experience with Trust Fare. On November 30, I purchased a plane ticket for $65. Today, December 3—the day before my flight—I received an email asking me to confirm my identity. When I called, I was informed that the $65 flight was no longer available, and I would have to pay $127 for the exact same flight, at the same time, to secure a seat.

I find this practice extremely unjust and inconsiderate. For three days, I waited for a confirmation email from them, believing my flight was booked. Instead, they waited until the last minute to notify me that the flight I had already paid for was “unconfirmed” and that I would have to pay nearly double to secure my travel plans.

This kind of behavior feels like a scam—taking advantage of people who are trying to travel, knowing they don’t have time to make alternate arrangements. Waiting until the day before a flight to inform a customer of these issues is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid Trust Fare.

TRUST FARES IS A TOTAL SCAM! WHEN I BOOKED A FLIGHT, THERE WAS NO BOOKING CONFIRMATION BUT STILL CHARGED ME MONEY! I CAN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK AND THIS CRAPPY COMPANY SAID "you'll need to wait 24-48h in advance to recieve the money back" WHEN 48 HOURS WAS OVER, THEY SAID TO WAIT 7 DAYS! BEWARE OF WEBSITES LIKE THESE!

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM...TRY TO BOOK A TICKET FOR A GOOD LOW PRICE, GET AN EMAIL STATING I NEED TO CALL FOR VERIFICATION OR THEY WOULD CANCEL THE TICKET. I CALL AND THEY SAID THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE BOOKED 24 HRS IN ADVANCE TO GET THE FARE. I BOOKED IT 36 HOURS PRIOR AND WAS THEN TOLD THAT SOMEONE WHO BOOKED BEFORE ME RECIEVED THAT DEAL AS THERE WAS ONLY ONE. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP THIS COMPANY IS. ALSO HE WAS SUPER RUDE AND SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME A CANCELATION FEE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WHIPPED OUT A VERBAL CARNAGE ON HIM AND DEARED HIM TO TRY TO TAKE MY MONEY. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CARP OF A SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE!!

They took my money then tried to charge me more for another ticket I even talked to a supervisor and got a lower price just to go to the airport and be told we're not in their system what a fricken scam they even tried not to give me a refund if I could give a negative star review I'd give negative 5 because they suck

I recently had a terrible experience with Trust Fares, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company. I booked two tickets on their website, and less than 24 hours later, I received an email stating that my booking (ref- TFS2039937) was “pending verification” and that I needed to call to complete a verbal verification. They warned that if I didn’t respond, my booking would be canceled.

When I called, I was told they could no longer honor the ticket price I had purchased and that I would need to pay an additional $350! When I questioned why they advertised tickets at one price only to demand more later, they gave a weak excuse about manually updating airline prices, which they claimed could take days. This means the prices they advertise are not accurate.

Their business practices are deceptive and dishonest. Do not fall for their bait-and-switch tactics. Stay away from Trust Fares at all costs! This company is a scam.

this is scam Do not buy anything!! They tell you too wait 24hrs for email. Inever got the email. Also i went to the airline to verified the reservation . My name never was at the manifest . NO RESERVATION DONE!!!! They just want to keep the money.

everything went smoothly i think there was just a false communication at first and my ticket didn’t have the gate number so it made it harder for me but other than that everything went smooth.

Bookingbuddy.com or any traveling app should take this website out of the group.
The TrustFares website is Scam, dont waste time to get cheap ticket with them , they're scam as many said. They show on dirt cheap that u Wow! on thier price but it's just lie. They dont have confirmation or anything for u only just say wait for 24 hours they dont even book ur flight n not let u cancel ur reservation that they never even give u confirmation code whoch mean they dont have any deal with u n plus they try to sell the new ticket which is market price that in other websites sell meaning they just make u pay normal price. I told them i need to cancel my reservation they told me to send them my copy of ID and my Credit Card if i want to cancel my booking by reply on email they sent me, how fishy is that. Unlike Real company like Expedia when u want to biy ticket they have confirmation number for u after u paid right away n if u want to cancel they'll cancel without chage fee within 24hours. So, learn my lesson Scam r everywhere under ur skin. Bookingbuddy should have take this website out of the traveling group. Ill report this company to consumers report if they charge me even penny.

This company purchases your ticket and then sends your your boarding pass - cancels it within the 24 hour cancellation window so they get a full refund - they tell you not to go to the check in gate so you don’t know they canceled your flight in hopes you can just go through boarding.

Yesterday I was able to see the boarding pass on southwest website, now at the airport it’s “been canceled”.

Scam. Saw a ticket for cheaper than elsewhere, bought it, got an email telling me I had to call their customer service. The (rude, accented) agent then told me it was a full standby flight and it hadn't been purchased and gave me other, inconvenient, more expensive options. Total bait and switch. I canceled the flight and am hoping they don't charge or steal my cc.
