Ryan was understanding of my needs and helped me select a car that was just right for me. The process of test driving the car and completing purchase was straightforward.

I had no idea what I was really doing or how it all works when I got to the car sales place,i felt so anxious and overwhelmed,the person I had an appointment with (morris)soon came over introduced himself,he was very welcoming and well spoken, He talked me through the whole process at a pace I could keep up, answered all my questions made me feel really comfortable and less anxious and now more excited about my car.he explained everything really well in a way I could understand it all,was really happy with how everything went that day 😊.
When I came to pick the car up again really anxious but Morris was so welcoming and friendly my anxiety soon faded,he was excellent at showing me around my car and explained what everything does so well again that I had no problem understanding what he was talking about or what he ment,I almost didn't come to my appointment because of my mental health but because of Morris it made my hole experience from start to finish a really good one 😊

Terrible do not trust this dealership,
They failed my MOT then kept the car10 days and when I picked it up some parts where missing,

Had some serious issues with delivery timelines that seemed to be outside the dealers control. They managed the situation with constant communication and a financial incentive that was appreciated and help alleviate some costs we had to arrange transport without access to the car for a month.

I had the recent pleasure of engaging with Senan Donnelly (Commercial Sales Executive) at Trust Ford Mallusk. Although Senan had stated that he was relatively new to his position, he was very personable, professional, customer focused and understanding of my requirements for my business needs.

Despite a neighbouring branch of Trust Ford causing an unacceptable delay to an initial business query which was seriously off-putting and of consequence to my business, Senan and his manager Chris regained my confidence by taking the reigns and as a result I decided to give Senan and Trust Ford Mallusk my business and ordered a new vehicle to take my business forward.

Thanks to Senan and Chris, from that point, everything was dealt with in an extremely expeditious manner and within a couple of days I was driving away in a new van for my business.

I purchased a cosmetic policy with my vehicle. I recently had two claims approved. Only one was attended. Ford have gone completely silent. Robbing me of claiming again against their false policy of logging claim.

Your request to send my issues to a certain email has already been done in previous attempts at resolution. Still I have been ignored. More than a dozen attempts to have my policy corrected have been blatantly ignored.

Trust ford made my experience very easy, they were helpful and very knowledgeable about my needs, it was made very easy and Steve the salesman was very good.
