It was a very unpleasant experience
It was a very unpleasant experience. After paying the vehicle (in cash), during vehicle collection, i did not receive a proper well customer experience. There was no quick walk around, no details or trainings or clear information on what and NOT available as I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. I was told that the service was done but the app did not have the proper updates. Oil level at 9%, chipped and scratches on the windshield and left side mirror. There was a sound at the back of the car and towards the left side of the vehicle when turning. Missing floor-mats on 3rd row. The scoff plate looks replaced with generic one (Galaxy name missing)
Despite several emails, emmanuel from sales have not sufficed us with required solutions. I was totally ignored.
It is extremely disappointing and have not expected such unfavorable experience - especially from reputable brand FORD!!!!

Bought a ford puma from trust ford in hillington branch. Sales advisor Graeme Bowie was extremley helpful helping me get the car I wanted from 600 miles away. Really genuine down to earth guy. Open and honest not pushy. Got things fixed on car before id even seen it. Thank you Graeme will definetly be back when changing car again.

Great experience
I purchased my first Ford Fiesta 12 years ago from TrustFord Castleford. I part exchanged it 8 years later in order to obtain one of the last Fiestas being manufactured.
On September 30th I part exchanged my Fiesta for a Puma Premium Gen-e.
Huge thanks to lovely Charlotte for all her time, and for giving me the confidence to drive not only an electric car, but for the first time in my life, a car with automatic transmission. She is a credit to Ford.

Great experience buying my MS-RT van
