I've paid 100€ and never could try the service "your account has recently expired".They charged me during 2 months and the support seems to be 1 guy, Rob, who doesn’t answer to any demand.

First and foremost the positive reviews you see are fake because the app doesn't do what it says and most importantly won't allow you to cancel. So will be sued.

They keep charging your credit card and no one responds. You can't cancel because website shows an error

This is pretty amazing! I used my own vocals and my song and it did some pretty cool stuff.

I signed up for the monthly Solo Creator trial which was $1 for 3 months then $49.99 plus tax after the 3 months (90 days). I was charged $49.99 a few days later. I attempted to cancel my subscription because it's a horrible website and doesn't make good music at all and wasn't what I was looking for, and I couldn't login. I contacted support and recieved no help for several weeks and still have no help. I searched for login sites and found 3 and couldn't login to one. So I tried the other, logged in, cancelled and logged out. I tried to go back for my account details but got a "Passwords cannot be submitted" prompt like on the first login site. I then found the 3rd login site where I entered my email and had to receive an email for a link before logging in. I cancelled my subscription twice. I contacted support at trymusicflow dot com (email addresses aren't allowed in posts) at least 5 times and no one assisted. I got a new card because of their fraudulent charges and they found a way to get my new card and charge that one when I never used my new card. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It doesn't make good music or beats and they steal your money and don't assist in emails.

I cancelled months ago and payments were stolen from my account. Their main email is uncontactable and returns and undeliverable message every time.

They've now locked me out of my account completely, no password resets coming through, etc, etc. DO NOT USE!!!

This product is a complete scam.

Music flow is a very powerful tool that will take your creative ideas to the next level, Pro quality results in an incredible speed. I personally love to write song lyrics this tool as done really impressed me with what it did with some of my songs. My only issue is that I had to change my credit card recently and now I cant seem to simply update my payment info. My only option seems to be to upgrade my membership to their highest plan witch is over my current budget.

I really like it and this helps me stay on track with new ideas. Really recommend it.

The ability to accent current or past music with the different tools that MusicFlow offers, allows artist to expand their options. These types of tools will only get better as the technology evolves, allowing music to evolve with it. It's exciting to see the landscape change and bring in more creative people that bring diverse ideas of what music is for them.

I really liked the app. It was easy to use. Only thing I would change is to have more options to add filters. I would maybe a good equalizer but a lot of fun to use

This companies' customer service is a sham.
They use payment loopholes to gouge you for $50 a month then $98 at the end of the year.
You can't request any action without going through the website. They were completely useless with helping. Software is crap as well. Just another digital pyramid scheme.

Terrible program and terrible company. Two days into my 7 day free trial i tried canceling my account. It's supposed to send an email, which it never sends, to cancel.

The initial payment was stopped as a fraud. I didn't want to cancel and replace my card. So I tried deleting it again, tried contacting customer service. Was 4 messages deep in a conversation with support trying to delete my damn account. And they charged me 50 bucks. So I have to cancel my card to get off the subscription.

The product is not intuitive at all. Like I said. I wanted to cancel 2 days into my trial.
