Thank you for the kind reminder.
I think I am so grateful for the reminder that I need to renew the Blue Badge Exemption with a 4 week notice. This gave me time to photograph the new Blue Badge front and back as part of the application process.

Fantastic Customer Service
I went to renew my Blue Badge on line and unfortunately entered the incorrect account number. I rang them direct to explain what I had done. I spoke to a gentleman called Angus who could not have been more helpful and understanding. He took the time to sort it all out for me and to reassure me that it was not a problem and he was there to help. Thank you Angus for going the extra mile.

Had problems with renewal form not being able to upload so contacted tt2 and the operator was more than helpful and sent me an attachment to complete and return which solved my issue

Charged for a crossing I didn't make
Traded in my car 28th February 2026 as part of my new car purchase. I then received a notification of my old vehicle going through the tunnel which had been taken from my account balance. The new owner then clearly added the car to their account as I got a further notification stating this vehicle had been removed from my account. I have requested a refund as I was not the registered keeper and TT2's answer is essentially - no we can't do that sorry. Which is utter nonsense. Just further examples of this companies greed since the automated system was introduced. They've made somewhere between £25-40 million in fines, accounting for 24% of their total revenue. Distgusting company preying on drivers.
I avoid the tunnel at all costs as I'd rather add 5 minutes to my journey than pay these bandits. They're just as a bad as the car park operators.
