TTNC's offering is awesome and perfect…
TTNC's offering is awesome and perfect for our business, which is why we've been with them for over 10 years. Katie and Caroline are great and know what they're doing. Faultless customer service from them, but they are practically impossible to get hold of.
Since TTNC was purchased by a company that couldn't care less about it's customers, it seems TTNC couldn't care less about their customers either.
There is no phone number and the chat is handled by AI. There is zero technical support in an emergency as tickets take so long to respond to. They don't update the service status page. A complete outage yesterday and issues again this morning have left us with no way for customers to contact us in the event of an emergency, but their status page shows there have not been any issues, whether live or historical.
Sometimes when there's an issue, you just need the confidence it's being taken care of, or someone is aware, rather than just being sat there with no way to make or receive calls, and just panic about the complaints that will shortly be received.

You cannot reach them over the phone, chat is only AI, service (system) stops few times a day. Avoid this company if you can! They dont care about their customers, a customer is just a number for them. Please read Google reviews before you would like to buy anything from them!

Following your review, I contacted you directly today to discuss the concerns raised and to provide some additional context regarding the issues you experienced. We recently introduced AI-assisted chat support to help improve response times and ensure customers can receive assistance more quickly, although we appreciate that this may not suit everyone's preferred method of contact and we value that feedback.
I also explained that yesterday we experienced an unexpected service outage which affected a high volume of customers. Whilst the issue was resolved as quickly as possible by our technical team, we understand the disruption and frustration this caused and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

TTNC, a company with high end values.
We have been trading with TTNC for many years now and recently had a problem with an invoice payment (totally accidental). Went from being a fantastic company to completely ignoring its customers.
When I first ported all of my numbers from BT to TTNC back in 2017, this company and its customer service was second to none. They could not do enough to help and support customers - every department responded to every query - often the same day.
Now, well, read the other reviews... I wondered why every time I contacted them I was being completely ignored but it seems to be a very common theme, if not the new normal.
You can no longer speak to any department on the phone. Which is odd for a telecoms company. You can leave a voicemail, but don't expect a call back.
Instead you have to email to raise support tickets - Something I've done several times between November 2025 and August 2026. Every single one has been completely ignored, including the latest which was a perfectly polite complaint to customer services regarding some services that we're paying extra for no longer working.
I have only ever had cause to contact them in the last year due to technical issues. Updates to their platform seem to result in a poorer customer experience and I have reported several things that have stopped working altogether, or no longer work as they should.
Things such as:
Softfone app no longer allows you to reject a call.
Call blocking feature not working properly.
The inability to scroll left or right on the website on a mobile device, meaning the self-service site cannot be used anymore when on the go.
Simple issues that cause businesses real-world problems.
By far the worst issue, however, is the recent loss of the ability to transfer a call since the last update. We buy expensive equipment, pay extra for features on many lines, but we can no longer do something as simple as transfer a call to another number.
These are all really basic things for a comms company. And they all worked perfectly until the seemingly needless updates, which seem to break more features each time they do them.
Support / helpdesk don't respond to tickets. Customer services still haven't responded a fortnight later.
I don't know what else to do but leave a review I never thought I'd have to for what was once such a fantastic company.
If the basic feature of transferring a call can't be reinstated I can't see any other option but to move all of my numbers and services away from TTNC.
In the meantime we're paying for services that we can't use effectively, and cannot get any response at all from TTNC. Someone advised contacting the ombudsman but I'm still hoping they might resolve the issues to save us all the extra hassle we don't need.
If, on the off chance anyone from TTNC reads this and decides to call, I'm available any day after 3pm or at any time via email.
