Owen and Helen plus everyone that we have had dealings with on our purchase have been so helpful. We ordered work Snickers and have had a few issues choosing the right size for me son. Fantastic customer service from Helen. I had a problem with my boots and a warranty claim and a new pair were sent out in a matter of days.

First time using the shop, ordered some new work gear but wasn’t to my liking. Jack was very helpful in helping send the product back and exchange it for a different one in good time. Top service would recommend.

TuffShop are so helpful start to finish… I ordered some items which happened to be out of stock, so Rob was brilliant in getting these in and sent out really quickly! The sign of a great company is how they deal with returns or problems. I purchased a pair of expensive boots that were incredibly uncomfortable after just a few days of wear. I contacted Helen in customer service who was extremely helpful and arranged a full credit after contacting the manufacturer. I will certainly be using them in the not too distant future and I would highly recommend them to any customers thinking of making a purchase.

I had ordered a pair of blue steel boots a few months ago, but the zipper backed up, and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get a replacement as I didn’t have any of the paperwork to hand. However, Helen was able to help with getting a replacement under warranty, and was quick to respond to my questions about what I could do. Overall, she was really helpful and was able to send out a new pair under warranty, so thank you, Tuff Shop and Helen.

The customer service is what sets TuffShop apart from the others. No complaints about the products, range, site, et al, but it is the service that makes the difference.
Through no fault of tuffshop, the parcel company managed to send my parcel to the wrong pick up location.
Bob sorted it all out in a flash, finding where they had actually left it, and letting me know that I could collect it from the wrong place, or he could have it picked up and re-delivered correctly.

Bob called me back when he said that he would, took all the stress out of the situation and made it all good……because Tuffshop Bob is an absolute legend. Thanks Bob.

Really recommend giving these guys a try if you’re looking for customised workwear, I’ve had a few issues with previous companies. I wanted a carhartt jacket embroidered but they’re not normally embroidered due to the lining. I sent an email over to tuff workwear to ask if they could embroider the sierra jacket for me. Within a few emails between myself and Helen, the jacket was mocked up and ready to be made. Really happy with this service 🙏🏼
