Second Tv Bed
This was our second tv bed from TV Beds in Haydock. Paid an extra £99 for delivery and installation which was well worth the money. The two guys who did the assembly were polite and worked efficiently and also took away all the packaging. Very pleased with the purchase at a great price!

Team were so helpful with all questions and advice, delivered as expected at the right time. Bed is amazing good quality, had slight issue with the one foot and the problem was sorted easily and quick . Highly recommend.

Looks even better than expected
Had to wait for stock for my king ottoman tv bed, but it was worth it, great bed, thick material quality, looks expensive, I paid for set up and they checked all fitted and working and we're pretty speedy. So much more space now with no need for a tv unit. I scrolled reviews and image tags to pick which bed as it is a reasonable cost purchase... so pleased.

We ordered a bed and mattress on the basis that it would be delivered and built within the 10 days advertised. I have only left a negative review because I was allowed to order without any mention of stock issues & had I known it wasn’t in stock I would not have ordered the bed. I did get a refund without issue but wasted a lot of time in the process which was completely avoidable.

Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected stock issue with a batch of mattresses due to an error at the manufacturer. This is not something that normally happens, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience it caused.
We did let you know that the mattress was due to arrive shortly and that your order would be prioritised as soon as it came into stock. However, we completely understand that you preferred to cancel, and we processed your refund promptly.

We are very sorry for the delay with your order. There was an unexpected delay with your mattress, but everything has now been dispatched and is currently with the courier. We have requested an urgent update from them and will let you know as soon as we receive it.
As you are located in the Scottish Highlands, delivery can typically take a little longer than standard timeframes, but we fully appreciate how frustrating this delay has been and we’re doing everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Bought a bed to be delivered in June it…
Bought a bed to be delivered in June it came damaged, after a number of conversations phone calls and emails I waited over 5 months for the new parts. The delivery company kept rearranging the delivery so once parts arrived it was another 3 weeks the drivers arrived and a part was missing it’s now going to be in 2026 when the part is delivered

We have already replaced the damaged side rail, and our installation team attended your property to swap this over for you. The only remaining issue is a very small chip on the TV shelf. Our delivery team have attempted to book a second visit to replace this part and offered multiple appointment options, including availability for next week.
However, as you can only accept appointments within a limited time window, the earlier slots offered were unfortunately not suitable for you. Our carriers have been trying to accommodate your fixed availability, which is why the next appointments that meet your requirements fall into the new year. You have chosen one of the January dates provided, even though earlier suitable dates were sent and available.
We remain committed to completing the final replacement and ensuring your bed is fully resolved. If your availability changes at any point, we will do our very best to bring the appointment forward.

Really pleased with bed and service…
Really pleased with bed and service from all at Tvbed.
I knocked off one star for the confusing ordering and website, in my opinion.i.e. The bed we ordered comes with leds, but is also offered as an option on the order page which we found confusing. Also after ordering the order email states installation but we hadn’t ticked installation which was explained after delivery. What was funny the delivery guys, who were great, said it takes them about an hour or less to install. We took all afternoon and was knackered. After all this I would still recommend Tvbed for value

I have recently ordered a Tv Bed which I am delighted with.
We dealt with Maddie who was excellent from start to finish.
I decided to change my initial order and she was so helpful in swapping things around and ensuring we got our bed super quick.
We had the bed assembled by the team which also went smoothly.
