Twickets Avaliações

Excellent ticket buying experience for an officially sold out gig. Fan-to-fan exchange, happily avoiding touts and ticket scalping.

absolutely awesome! I can’t believe my tickets sold within two hours of posting! A seamless experience!

Straight forward. Smooth transaction.

Received payment very quickly which was great.

Was worried if I would receive the tickets ontime before the gig. There were clear instructions on the purchase page that the seller will receive the tickets on the gig day and will send via email. The seller's contact details were included. The seller eventually sent them in the morning. Seamless process.

Operation Mincemeat is a great show. Buying tickets on Twickets worked out really well and I will use them more.

I just found it a little difficult to get my e-tickets uploaded had try a few times , not sure of the reason ?

Great service easy to use. Very happy customer 😀

Late minute availability and easy process.

Brilliant experience! Twickets was so easy to use, and the whole process was straightforward and quick. Really pleased with how smoothly everything went. Hopefully the lucky buyers have an amazing time at Paddington! I’d definitely use Twickets again and highly recommend it. ⭐️

The service is good to check real tickets and price paid.

I needed to sell some exhibition tickets I no longer needed and this was a great way to sell them easily and safely. It was easy to set up and post what I needed to sell. A great and safe way to sell for both buyer and seller.

Very smooth transaction and communication

Twickets have been a lifesaver for many events I've wanted to go as an avid gig and theatre addict.

However recently I have been flagged for unusual activity (supposedly by an AI agent) and my account has been restricted from buying tickets. Just because I've used Twickets to buy tickets for about 10-12 events a year, you think I'm not real? That too 1 ticket at a time so certainly not for trading purposes.

I go to 100+ events a year! Imagine if I used Twickets for all those events? You will banish me from earth.

Really good tickets sold quickly at face value to another fan, bonus.

A disappointing aspect of Twickets' fee structure is that when tickets are sold below the original listed price, the fee does not seem to decrease proportionately and remains based on the original listing value. This effectively penalises sellers who need to reduce prices to secure a sale and often forces them to offer even bigger discounts to offset the fixed fee.
In my case, the tickets were originally listed for £2,097, but my offer of £609 was accepted. The problem is that Twickets' fee remained unchanged at £314 despite the significantly lower sale price.
Also, the site requires sellers to receive payment via PayPal, yet PayPal fees cannot be passed on to buyers as part of the seller's charges. This means sellers have to absorb those fees themselves, further reducing their net proceeds and making discounted sales even less attractive.

The transaction was fine, it’s great to have a site selling tkts at face value, in demand ones go quick, but still valued

I got tickets for a sold out gig which was great. Price was good and the philosophy of ensuring fans don’t get ripped off is great. One issue is the constant captcha process every time you refresh to try for tickets was a real pain. I know it’s competitive to get tickets, and maybe it’s designed to slow things down, but it made for a clunky process. Overall keep it up, you are a spark of gold amongst a sea of horrible touts.

It does what it says, very efficient and has never failed me so a very good service.

Super-fast listing and ticket sold in minutes.
Simple process easy to follow
