Ticket and purchase worked fine

I received the ticket I purchased in plenty of time and the person who sent it made sure I had received it.
Which was lucky as the email with it in had been treated as spam.
Something to watch out for...
But on the night I had no problem with using it.

Easy to list

Easy to list, good communication from Twickets, clear instructions of how to easily complete the transaction. Would always recommend Twickets as first point of selling unwanted tickets or ones that can no longer be used.

Super efficient service

Super efficient service. Used Twickets for the first time to get last minute tickets to a sold out show. Everything worked as you’d hope and the digital tickets were available immediately after payment. Everything was explained every step of the way. I’d definitely use again and recommend. It’s also reassuring to know you could list your own tickets in the event that you couldn’t attend a show and still recoup some costs. Very impressed!

Couldn’t send an email with event…

Couldn’t send an email with event ticket confirmation. There is no help other than FAQ’s which didn’t help as no one had the same problem as us. Good luck to anyone needing to use them. I decided to take a £127.20 loss rather than go mad trying to use their site. No advertised email, no phone number good luck
