Won’t release my winnings
Withdrawed on the 11th of April was asked for documents on the 14th which was approved within a few hours it’s now the 17th and they still haven’t paid out my winnings because my accounts ‘under review’ I’ve withdrawn much smaller amounts before and never had this problem. Don’t use this company they'll come up with any excuse to not give you your winnings. I’ve asked to escalate the matter further with financial team or casino manager and they are now not responding to my emails. They’ve now approved my winnings 17th April but I’ve just had an email to say my withdraw of £18 has been approved instead of 6k?

Now been since oct 7and have with held my winnings they keep asking me for bank statements and dates I send over the weeks later ask for further back dates I send over and proof of balance go back further keep sending them and keep fobbing me off ask me to log in through email and open banking and they know they have blocked me go on to live chat and just keep telling me they are close to verification it’s been going on since 7th oct have never been put through this ever by any other site must have been best part of 100 emails and live chats that I have recorded worst ever company that have no interest in paying out but take as many deposits as you want without asking a question have case ready to go shouldn’t need to fight for what is totally SCAM company when comes to paying out
