I made a withdrawal request of £2,500…
I made a withdrawal request of £2,500 18days ago. I was asked to send in every type of identification and selfies photos of cards etc. I have done so... the 1 card that expired in Nov 23 has been destroyed so I can't take a photo of that. They want me to get a letter from my bank to prove its expired even though you have to put the expiry date when you add your card so they know its expired and the new card that I added has the start date of Nov 23 .. its absolutely ridiculous. They didn't want all of this when my withdrawals have been of a smaller value and didn't mind taking my money to play... they are not replying to any of my emails. And its starting to make me worry. I am a 74year old woman.. and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and its not professional on there part at all.... I dont no what else to do

The customer support I received from Madalina was quick and simple, obviously she has to make sure I was the account holder but it took less than a minute. Even though my query was regarding my Free spin bonus text I had gotten that day I was told it had expired but Madalina activated it again. I normally struggle when contacting customer support on websites.. with constant repeating myself and waiting for them to sort this and that but I highly recommend trying to get Madalina if you can AAA++++
