UDOOR bathtub door Avaliações

Turned up at time that they gave us. Csaaba started straight away after explaining everything to me. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess at all. Overall a fantastic job. Thank you once again yours Graham Morfitt.

I cannot speak too highly of this company from my first contact they were very professional and knowledgeable. The engineer who fitted the door, Csaba was excellent, got on with the job left the bathroom spotless, gave clear instructions as to how to use the door and in relation to the non slip coating applied to the bath. We are very satisfied with the work and have no reservations in recommending this company.

Fully informed of the dates, times, product and prices.
Janos, was punctual, polite and efficient.
Excellent job, well done.

The engineer 'Csaba ' Well c
was efficient,hardworking, and
very considerate. He worked without taking a break and did a first rate job, leaving the bathroom clean and tidy.I was really impressed.Well done.

Excellent service received from this company. Janos the engineer was polite, helpful and very respectful of the property and my elderly parent.
The bath door will be a very helpful adaptation for my mother. I would highly recommend the company who have been efficient and responsive from my initial enquiry.

I've waited a couple of months before reviewing. I can honestly recommend udoor. The gentleman that installed it was polite, efficient and left the bathroom spotless. The door has made a huge difference to me. I feel much more confident in the bathroom and it's resolved my bathing problems. I would advise anyone who has issues getting in a bath to look seriously at getting a udoor

Fabulous customer service and very importantly when things were not quite right they sorted out without a hint of a fuss.

My parents cannot praise UDOOR enough the communication was excellent and the person that came to do the fitting was very friendly and professional even at 9.30pm when he finally finished

My wife suffers from advanced dementia and having to lift her in and out of the bath was taking a toll on my eighty year old self, To have the bathroom refitted would have been to much of a strain on us both, I first became aware of your service when searching online for solutions to help, and placed an order,
The fitter arrived on the afternoon as arranged and from start to finish was extremely helpful and informative, The level of skill involved was impressive, our bathroom is rather small so it must have been difficult for him in the restricted space, but he worked with such efficiency and kept me informed of various stages of the installation, I can’t praise him enough,
When the installation was completed he instructed me the correct use of the door,
If you have any problems getting in and out of your bath this is definitely the solution without the trouble of a new bathroom

I initially spoke to Fay who was very friendly and professional and provided many photos of previous jobs they had done.
Our fitter Csaba turned up at the agreed time and was extremely polite and done a brilliant job of fitting the bath door and gave good advice of where to fit a grab rail (different to where I would have put it-but he was right!!).
He left the bathroom spotless and you cannot fault the job he did.
Much cheaper and easier than ripping the bath out and fitting a new bath or shower in.

The fitter was very helpful, explaining what he was going to do and how long it would take. Once finished, he cleaned up behind him, and left the bathroom spotless. The door into the bath is excellent!

Janus arrived at the agreed time, told us what he was going to do, fitted the door in the bath, explained what he’d done and left. All over in a couple of hours. Great job

Janus fitted our U door today and was a very helpful and efficient fitter, did great job and was polite clean and tidy and left everything spotless, a credit to your company.

The fitter was great very clean and tidy and fitted the door in less than 5 hours, the bathroom was clean and tidy and the door has made an amazing difference to my husbands life who has MS. The door has allowed him to continue to use the bathroom without having to install a wet room for 10% of the price would definitely recommend.

We had our U-door fitted by John who was very efficient, completing the installation in one day and leaving the bathroom as clean as he found it. My wife likes the shower and I like to have a bath, but we both struggled getting in and out of the bath to do either. Now with the lovely U-door we can get in and out easily to shower or bath. I would recommend the U-door which is great, and is far more economical than having a new fitted bathroom.

Helpful and efficient fitter, did a great job and was very polite and tidy. We were very satisfied with the work done.

Had our Udoor fitted 8th March and just want to say how pleased my husband and I are. We can now shower with no fear of falling.
From my phone call to Udoor and the door being fitted was hassle free and I actually spoke to a young lady who was very helpful.
The fitter came on time and explained everything that would happen and spent approximately 6 hours carrying out the brilliant job leaving the bathroom spotless.
We are two very happy OAPs

I recently had my U Door fitted into my existing bath and I'm absolutely delighted with it.
Casaba who carried out the installation was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything to me and left the bathroom immaculate once he had finished.
I can highly recommend this company.

The guy who came to fit the door for my mum was so courteous and polite. He made sure to move everything out of the way and cleaned up fully when he was done as well as replace her belongings. My mum is over the moon with the door, meaning she can now shower safely and the whole process was smooth and clean.

The young man that came to fit our u door explained everything to us in detail. Left the bathroom clean and tidy. A really nice young man .
Not used the shower yet since installation but I am sure it will be perfect.
Thank you very much.
