Excellent service, good customer care. They are very professional and I high;y recommend them!

We were failing to login to Cpanel on our client's domain. We still are. A ticket was opened to reset the password. We were told that the request should come from the domain owner. The owner was copied in the email and he confirmed that he owned the domain. He was ignored and the ticket was closed. We are still failing to login to CPanel.
