BEWARE!
BEWARE! I bought a swing from this company and it didn’t look like the payment went through so I tried again. This inadvertently accidentally resulted in two orders, one of which I tried immediately to cancel. I did this by emailing them directly and using their cancel order button, both of which were carried out within a minute of the orders being placed. However, I received a message back saying it was too late. There was no further communication to this despite my attempts and I now have two swings in my possession.
I continued to write to ask if they would cover return postage and the communication as previous was strange and felt like it had been written by a bot.
I would never use this company again. No flexibility to resolve a genuine mistake that I immediately had tried to rectify.

Resposta da UKbuyzone
Dear Kirsten Arnold,
We deeply regret the inconvenience you faced with your recent swing purchase from our company. We apologize for the confusion surrounding the accidental duplicate order and the challenges you encountered while attempting to cancel it.
Our commitment to swift order fulfillment sometimes results in orders being dispatched shortly after placement. Regrettably, this timing made it difficult to process your cancellation request effectively.
We understand your frustration with the communication you received and any perceived lack of flexibility. Your feedback is vital to us, and we're actively addressing the areas you highlighted to enhance our services.
While we regret that we couldn't accommodate the return postage, we genuinely appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you. We're taking steps to improve our processes and customer interactions based on your experience.
Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused. We hope you might reconsider using our services in the future and give us the chance to provide you with a more positive experience.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We're here to assist you.
Sincerely,
UKBuyZone
