Contacted them they got back to me and Eric was just legendary. He knew what I was talking about knew it needed to be fixed. It wasn’t an easy job but he got on with it fixed it and it’s brilliant and I can’t recommend him enough if you want your windows repaired to a top quality brand new standard give these guys a call they’re brilliant they know what they’re doing and they just get on with it. They’re fantastic. Highly recommend. Definitely if anything I think I might get them back in January to replace some other hinges on my windows so there tight fitting draft proof like they were when they were brand-new

Original work great. No issues. Left - no mess. All efficient and as you’d expect. But I had an issue a few months later, emailed the firm and although it was late at night I got an immediate reply and a promise to be round asap. Eric was round in a couple of days, on Easter Saturday, with a smile on his face, saying it was part of the guarantee! He had a round trip of 3 hours minimum, but was cheery and resolved the issue in less than half an hour. I really rate that sort of integrity and service. If you want a great service and a guarantee that definitely means something I would highly recommend this company.

Approached the company looking for a repair on my door, they got back to me requesting images of the damage to be repaired, I provided the required images then had no response for them! I left it a few days then sent them another email asking if it was something they could help with, and yet still no response!

I regret to say that my experience with UK Double Glazing Repairs Ltd has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I engaged their services to address issues with two doors in a flat, but the outcome has left much to be desired.

Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns and the specific requirements, the company failed to deliver satisfactory results. Here are some key points to consider:

1. Poor Communication: Throughout the engagement, communication from the company was severely lacking. Calls and messages were consistently ignored.
2. Extended Resolution Time: It took an excessive six months from my initial request to resolve the issues and more then 6 cancelled visits, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily life.
3. Lack of Transparency: Despite repeated requests, the company failed to provide a clear and upfront price for the services rendered. This lack of transparency is concerning and indicative of their unprofessional conduct.
4. Pressure Tactics: During the service, I felt pressured and coerced into confirming payment after raising concerns about pricing. The engineers began disassembling the door just minutes before my scheduled meeting, leaving me with no viable option but to proceed with payment.
5. Unsatisfactory Workmanship: While the company claims to have completed the adjustments on both doors, the issues persisted. During the initial visit, engineers confirmed they would address the sealant issue for the door during the subsequent visit, but it didn't happen.

Given my experience, I strongly advise against using UK Double Glazing Repairs Ltd for any glazing repair needs. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar workmanship make them an unreliable choice for consumers.
