Delivery was prompt and price seemed reasonable. Although I was initially disappointed in the quality of some of the load which was older and inferior to the bulk of the load - some logs showing signs of rot I was very pleased with Mark's response and reassurances about how the wood would burn. Therefore. I will now certainly consider ordering another supply in future, in spite if my earlier misgivings

Best price and great communication, speedy delivery

Ease of ordering and very quick delivery by a friendly, helpful gentleman.

Delivered on time, and good content

Easy to order online process, made even better allowing instalment payments. There was a supplied time slot, although on this occasion the poor driver's vehicle had broken down but we were kept informed when our logs would arrive. Certainly will purchase from UKLogsDirect again - you have a new very satisfied customer.

First time customer...

From ordering to delivery, everything was easy and delivery time was confirmed and on time.

Kiln dried Beech logs look great. I have decided to use Beech this Winter instead of Ash.

I will definitely use you again...!

Thanks

Excellent service, Speedy great communication. Excellent product

Delivered when they said they would be delivered. Crate placed as directed. Usual high quality logs.

Logs came on the correct date and time, the driver very helpful placed logs were i wanted them.

UK Logs Direct are a fabulous company selling top quality logs. Brilliant communication and first class delivery service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The quality of the logs, ease of delivery and well stacked crates make this our first choice. This is an excellent service and we are very happy to recommend.

Great logs, nicely packed and the crates make great kindling when chopped down. 4* rather than 5* as the delivery firm arrived 2 hours past their window (with no comms) which caused us a problem as we planned to go out. This wasn't UK Logs Direct fault though. Everything else was perfect and would use UK Logs again (just plan on staying in the whole day, rather than for the delivery window specified).

Helpful response to enquiry and prompt delivery.

The wood is great quality, have bought quite a few times and each time the quality, price and delivery is excellent, I will be buying more for Winter. Highly recommend this company.

Very easy to order online and good you can pick a delivery date. Arrived on time no fuss, easies wood delivery 🚚 so far. And the cheapest deal around.

Great service as always from UkLogsDirect. Great quality wood and the crates are packed tightly.
