Great service easy to order and fast for getting it delivered.

All good. Logs delivered when they were meant to be and where we wanted them. Logs the perfect size for our log burner and they burn well.

Great service, fast delivery, excellent product
Highly recommended
Thank you very much Team

Easy, good value and quality.

Logs came - very good price, very nice logs that burn well. Had a small issue with the delivery and team at UK Logs Direct were all very helpful in getting the driver to the right place and responding quickly! Thanks.

logs were great dealing with customer services was great
shame about the transport

I would have given 5*, by there was some confusion on delivery/courier. As advised, I waited until 1pm on the day of delivery and still no update received. I contacted Pallet Force only to be told the delivery had been subcontracted! I was given another number to ring. I rang this number and was given an update for my delivery time. Shortly after this phone call I received a text and email with the time window for delivery from Pallet Force! My pallet was delivered within this time window, so all ended well. The ordering service was most efficient as usual, and this mishap will not detract me from using UK Logs Direct in the future. They just need to keep tabs on their delivery contractors.

Great and fast delivery, no messing about.

I now at the moment am ordering on a regular basis as it’s so far one of the most reliable brands I’ve dealt with. Will be ordering again very soon service delivery is great .

Great process and great customer service

Good quality oak logs delivered quickly and efficiently at reasonable cost to the Isle of Man. Brilliant service also from
the haulier Trannsman... excellent.
Wouldn't deal with anyone else. Always more than satisfied with the service.

Have not started to use product yet. Staff very helpful and pleasant on phone. Prompt and efficient delivery service.

Super simple to order and lots of quality logs to choose from. We always select the mixed hardwood option with a dozen bags of kindling. Well packed/wrapped pallet arrived as expected and was dropped exactly where I wanted it. Thank you.

1st time ordering logs online. Chose a day for delivery around work, got a text on the day with 4 hour window, goods arrived right in middle of window. Delivery guy was great left logs exactly where I wanted and let my 3 year old see how it all works. Logs good mix of hardwood, good mix of sizes really happy with service 5*

Fantastic value for money will definitely use again .and super fast delivery AAA

Delivered on the day it said it would arrive.

Got exactly what I ordered. The Jumbo bags are just that! Took me 2 hours to unload and wheelbarrow into the garden, another hour then putting it away.
Nice full wood shed for the next few months, wood is beautifully seasoned and a nice mixture of sizes. Burns well. I would happily order again.

Good quick service
