What an anmazing experience. From start to finish. The booking and contact with the team was second to none. Quick to respond, professional and easy. They were so helpful and was able to meet our requests with ease. The van when we entered was spotless, almost as if no one had ever used it. It had everything we could possibly need and was in the perfect position on the park. I will be using this company when booking our breaks from now on.

Had a great weekend at tom and emma's caravan. The caravan is lovely inside and plenty of outside space. Will differently go back and highly recommend.

We book this caravan for a nice chilled girlie weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The communication was great and our stay was amazing. Our caravan was so homely and welcoming we will definitely be using again :)

We've been renting through Tom n Emma now for several years, the accommodation they rent out is fabulous, we rent The Willerby Portland which is a front row lodge on Lyons winkups, its Huge with a fabulous size decking great for soaking up the atmosphere of Tir Prince fun fair which is right across the road and as close as you can get to the amenities of Winkups.
Communication is fabulous from start to finish and if you've any issues while you're there then they're always happy to help.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking a holiday home with these guys 😘

We have stayed in several of the lodge/caravans with Emma & Tom, the presentation is always stunning. They provide the least stressful rental service we have ever used. The vans are always spotless, the communication is always superb and they are just a lovely friendly family. We always look forward to our stays with them

We have just returned after a long weekend and what a fantastic time we had, caravan was beautiful, lovely and clean and really couldn't ask for more. Location was fantastic with a view of the fair and the market, the camp was lovely and peaceful, we really had a fab time, looking forward to booking again.

I booked a last minute getaway this weekend, couldn't make fri/mon due to commitments but Emma & Tom made it so we were still able to stay sat/sun, what a fabulous weekend me and the family had, my children have additional needs the great location of the van made it possible to go out have fun yet have a safe space close by, beautiful caravan, very spacious, very clean and a lovely balcony around with seating which we used in between our fun filled days of the fair, market and park. We stayed in the bluebird shenton and it was perfect. I've already highly recommended to my family & friends, and I can highly recommend also to the wider public. Thank you both, and we will absolutely be booking again in the near future with family and friends in tow too. Excellent communication from start to finish

Really nice caravan had a lovely weekend would highly recommend. I’ve stayed in a lot of caravans and this one is one of the nicest we have stayed in.

Thank you Tom and Emma, very accommodating and helpful easy booking process and very affordable! We stayed at the Abi st David tom and Emma had recently upgraded the fixtures and fittings (at no extra cost to our booking) very clean,comfortable and equipped caravans they are also only a call/message away should you need any assistance which was a blessing. We will definitely use north west holiday rentals again in the future and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks again tom and emma

We had hired a caravan on golden gate and when we arrived it was dirty and smelly we were very upset and walked out as unable to stay there and thought we would have to drive back home but these lovely people helped us out, it was evening and we messaged north wales holiday rentals and nothing was too much trouble for them, they met us at winkups and took us to a beautiful and very clean caravan, we had a lovely weekend and would highly recommend them, we will definitely use the them again.
