Absolutely dire quality
Absolutely dire quality, ordered 2 lengths of oak, took aver a week to arrive, was shaken, full of knots, snipes, warped and twisted.
Customer service team told me this was normal for oak, I've only got 10 years experience working with wood, so what would I know?
Absolute con artists.
The replacement arrived, quality was just as bad as the original, these people clearly had no idea what they were doing when asked about the quality of joinery graded timber. Might be good for "rustic" projects, not actual paid work though

Order 4 oiled oak doors,on arrival
Order 4 oiled oak doors,on arrival, two were damaged and all 4 were not even oiled hence, straight back on delivery van!.Then had to wait for another 3 weeks from them to be oiled but when they arrived yet again they were damaged and not even oiled !!
Ordered before from this company with no issues however, I don’t know what has changed but they need to get a grip and sort the ongoing issues!!!

Regarding your replacement order, we are currently waiting for photos from the delivery team, as we need to verify the condition of the refused doors. This is an ongoing issue that is being looked into as a priority. Rest assured, this will be resolved, but we are unable to move forward without the correct evidence to confirm whether the doors were not oiled.

We are very pleased with the whole purchasing experience at UK Oak Doors.
Firstly, we live close enough to the showroom in Hinckley to see the doors and immediately thought they looked smart and of good quality.
The help and information from the sales person there was really useful for making our choice.
Later, when we ordered on-line, the salesperson,William, was also very helpful and efficient.

Ordered door handles
Ordered door handles, came and were faulty, black coating missing on one. Took over a month to finally get replacement after then being sent wrong handles. Customer service very poor. Sent several emails over weeks with no response. Would not buy from them again.

Hi we put a review april
Hi we put a review on here on april 29 2025 got damaged items due to delivery service., we got our refund everything was great but we got 3 doors 1 ok ok but the other 2 are damaged/stains /scratches and the wood is not the same quality of the rest the wood seems dried out and just bad quality absolutely gutted waiting all this time and now joiner refused to put them up so now we are waiting again for 2 door replacement this has been really stressful company have been helpful so far but this had been very stressful just delayed everything update review once we received our 2 replacement doors

Fantastic, high quality doors, quick delivery
We ordered two oak veneer Kingston doors, they are absolutely stunning. They look much more expensive than you would expect for £180 a door. They're heavy and feel like a great quality door. Layla was really helpful and they were delivered within a few days. The delivery was expensive for Scotland (Glasgow) though £75 compared to £40 for England.

Avoid!
Prior to purchasing 10 doors the service was very good the sales advisor called me back numerous times. When I received the order 2 weeks ago 1 door was missing which I wasn’t told about and is not available until July! I’ve been calling numerous times since my delivery and no one has returned my calls. I had to email the sales advisor for him to respond. Completely different experience prior to purchasing when they would actually call back. My carpenter has come to fit the doors and out of the 9, 2 doors are damaged. However as I have told them 2 weeks later when the carpenter came they refuse to do anything. I physically cannot check 9 doors I can’t even move them. Best to use a local company. Would not use them again.
