Been ordering from these guys a while. Had an order that was a little late so gave them a quick call. Michaela was friendly and incredibly helpful. Running a small business myself which tries out best to offer great customer service it's frustrating how unhelpful and unfriendly most companies are, so it was a pleasure dealing with Michaela for a change.

Great quality boxes and perfect prices for a small business. Didn't have my exact size I wanted but I think the slightly larger than what I need will be better.

Good communication with support office on product information and details for shipping, only the shipping plans weren't executed as we'd arranged. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Took too long for the goods to be delivered. However, the company contacted me later and apologised for the delay, as well as offered me refunds for the delivery cost. It was a small amount of money but a nice gesture, showing the right attitude. Thumbs up!

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Ordered in Thursday expecting delivery on Friday but it didn't arrived till the following Tuesday. I appreciate it was a bank holiday but bank holiday is only Monday so should've received them on the Friday. Also when they arrived the box was actually open as if it hadn't been taped at all. I'd bought from here before and had a good experience so I'm hoping this is just a one off.
