When I tried ordering an item online and seemed to have difficulty paying etc I called the office and Tom was so helpful and managed to advise how I could make a successful purchase. When I hadn't received my discs by yesterday I called and spoke to him - again he was so helpful and told me if I hadn't received them by today he would send out another set. Thankfully I received them today and am absolutely delighted with level of customer care. Having worked in the retail sector I know how easy it is to hear the bad but rarely the good . Well done Tom

Very easy transaction,rapid delivery.Bought a set of Sealey metric combination spanners 8-19mm for under £11 inc delivery on ebay. Spanners feel robust and have been used regularly with no problems as of yet.Good value.

The rake tool was just what we wanted. We looked on many sites & could not find an adapter to fit the angle grinder. It arrived in time for the builder to use.

No communication, 2 weeks after payment I still haven't received item, with no response either after emailing. Stay clear.
