I bought a completely new kit of parts for an Ultraframe conservatory off Facebook marketplace and it came with no real instructions. I wasn’t expecting great customer service when I had to approach ultraframe for guidance on assembly, as I had no contractual relationship with them as a company. They owed me nothing - but I got really good help very quickly. Lee Parker from their tech support sent me some technical drawings that related very clearly to what I needed to do and offered to help further should I need it. Really impressive!

Ultraframe are by far the best lightweight roofing company going, from my initial enquiry with customer services then to have two approved installers contact us to discuss our requirements then quickly obtain quotes for us to make our choice.I did have a technical query regarding some lighting we wished to install and customer services provided us with the contact details of their technical support team, my query was delt with quickly by David Bradley who fully understood our query in a very professional manner to a high standard. Answering it in layman’s terms so it was fully understood.
All their installers are trained to a very high standard at their classrooms.
Whilst not the cheapest roof on the market it is not the most expensive ether. There roofs are made to measure in their factory and supplied in a modular kit for the installation team to install. They have a range of roof options and choices of colours to choose from. Then installation only takes a few days to complete but it’s water tight after only the first day. The insulation value is incredibly low so you don’t loose heat in the winter and are able to remain cool in the summer. What more could you ask for in improving your home.

Beware your guarantee is with your builder not Ultraframe. Their recommended sponsored ( they supplied them a showroom which was amazing) builder was a crook. Every single thing they did was sub standard and failed building regulations. Ultraframe refused to discuss or supply technical help. In the end the sent me a link to their articles on how to install. They say the guarantee is worthless and wont comment on the structural strengh above the bifold doors for the building regulator. Every piece had to be cut had to change the design but they couldnt care less. Just concerned with getting their money. Beware who you oick from their ‘registered approved installers’ keep away from ‘Speedy Home Improvements’ good at sales pitch, crap at anything else. Their staff literally stole from us. Apparently Ultraframe want more info. Not sure what to give. I begged them literally for help…. They sent links to two installation manuals. They refused to comment on photos or give help with building Inspector queries. Told me to go back to him. Not had contact from Speedy Build in over 1 month. Have holes i can put my fist through. Failed wvery building reg for everything they have done. My contact at Ultraframe was Chloe. Nice but in the end …. They cant get involved

Well the only thing to say on this is AMAZING,
We have now completed 3 of the warm roof systems and they truly are fantastic to work with. Every thing comes labelled up in order and fits an absolute treat.
We have Also had the privilege of an assist fit on the first one we did and they offered to help out on our 3rd install as it was a very complicated project. The guys really get stuck in and explain exactly what’s what. I can’t fault the system at all and the 3 ultra roof guys we had to help were an absolute pleasure to have on site.

Having worked in the conservatory/extensions industry for over 25 years I can say that the level of support and innovation you get from Ultraframe is unrivalled, from a "devil in the detail" perspective and as a long serving surveyor to the industry, it's massively reassuring to know that the likes of Craig Keighley are always at hand to help with technical questions regarding Ultraframe's full range of product offerings from Ultraroof to the fantastic innovations of the hup! Walling system, his professionalism and knowledge base is a huge asset to both Ultraframe as a company and any company who uses the Ultraframe products.
Credit to the company for its unwavering commitment to innovations through its dedicated R&D department and credit to the company for seeking and employing the best the industry has to offer, any fenestration business who constructs conservatories/extensions/livingspaces etc and who are not currently using the Ultraframe products should give serious time thought and effort into doing so.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Our garden room was installed in 2022 by Ultraframe through a local firm, Inspira. Technicians from Ultraframe completed all installations as they were training the staff of Inspira so that they could become suppliers. At no point did anyone other than Ultraframe work on the construction.
The roof leaks...a lot. Ultraframe don't want to know and, with stereotypical sloping shoulders, have handed the responsibility back to Inspira as the warranty is with them. However, Inspira are no longer in business. Ultraframe's solution is that we should contact other suppliers in the area. We have and they are not interested. All communication from us to Ultraframe is now being ignored by them. Our only solutions are to fix it ourselves or take legal action - both of which involve additional expense. Shame on you Ultraframe - your customer service is shocking!

Our conservatory was installed a few years ago and over those years 3 faults have developed, first the half glazed stable door had to be continually adjusted to level the heavy top half and allowed it to re-engage with the lock parts on the frame, I ended up replacing all four hinges with some that fastened to the frame both top and bottom of the hinge pin in place of the original bottom only mount hinges, result, cured.
Second fault after a hot Summer was the expansion of the the roof glass decorative lower edging trim, being plastic once it had stretched and bent it resembled a row of bananas above the gutter, remedy was to source out replacements in powder coated aluminium, cured.
Third fault was the ogee gutter itself, every one of the 'hidden' mounting brackets has snapped, ideally I would have preferred to use external brackets where a gutter sits on them but the design of the framework stops any modification, now both the brackets and sagging gutter have to be replaced, it is not cheap, especially now it has Marley branding and appears to be available from an exclusive source, hopefully more thought has gone into improving heat & UV resistance as the brown gutter is almost white. Had a thought that it could be thermal expansion of the gutter, being a dark colour, that could be straining the mounts
Despite these faults we remain happy with the product and the guys that installed it, it was snowing at the time

What series glazing bar do I have in my conservatory. Contacted Ultraframe Tech Support with a query over type of glazing bar currently present in my ageing conservatory. Had a quick response clarifying type of bar I had which confirmed it was compatible with the new chambered glazing bar top cap. Confirmed it was a 7 series glazing bar
