Je voulais te raconter une expérience passée que j'ai eue en rejoignant un certain réseau/groupe en Belgique il y a quelques années, pour te mettre en garde.
Honnêtement, c'était une arnaque. Les soi-disant "positions" étaient hors de prix et les relations n'étaient basées que sur le business. Les gens te lâchent complètement si tu ne commandes pas tout le temps, et ils restent exclusivement entre eux.
Mais le point le plus grave et le plus dangereux est que certains d'entre eux prétendent publiquement que leurs produits peuvent "enlever certaines maladies". C'est criminel et irresponsable.
J'ai vu des gens arrêter leur traitement médical du jour au lendemain à cause de ces fausses promesses, mettant leur santé en péril. Tout ne se résout pas avec ces produits.
Fais très attention si tu entends parler de ce réseau ou de pratiques similaires. C'est vraiment une question de santé publique et de sécurité.. attention a iliaque sur les réseaux sociaux gros baratineur

Ich habe im August 2025 zwei Produkte von Unicity im Wert von ca. 370 € bestellt – eines für mich und eines für eine Kollegin. Der gesamte Kauf lief über mich. Wir haben beide die Produkte getestet, leider ohne Erfolg.
Ich habe daraufhin mein eigenes Produkt im Rahmen der 90-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie reklamiert. Nach langem und mühsamem E-Mail-Verkehr habe ich dafür schließlich eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Für das zweite Produkt wird mir die Rückzahlung jedoch verweigert, obwohl auch dieses unter die beworbene Garantie fallen sollte.
Sehr enttäuschend, dass Unicity sein Garantieversprechen nicht vollständig einhält. Ich kann den Kauf daher nicht empfehlen.

In Ihrem Fall haben Sie zwei Produkte über Ihr eigenes Konto bestellt, und wir haben ohne Verzögerung die Rückerstattung für das Produkt veranlasst, das Sie persönlich verwendet haben.
Das zweite Produkt, das von Ihrer Kollegin genutzt wurde, kann leider nicht erstattet werden, da es nicht von einem Mitglied mit einem eigenen Unicity-Konto gekauft oder verwendet wurde.
Hätte Ihre Kollegin über ihr persönliches Konto bestellt, hätte sie selbstverständlich ebenfalls Anspruch auf dieselbe Garantie gehabt.

Customer support unprofessional.
Somehow accused me of putting referral link on paid ads. Apparently people signed up. However, all my credit removed. Never posted my referral anywhere. Only legit referral to friends and family. They just did that to remove my 50$ from credit that I acquired over a year and also suspended my account which they unsuspended later on. They had no proof or anything horrible company I don't care about referral just disable it on my account but don't go accusing false information with no proof. Phone support next to nothing.

I hit their Snooze button for September rather than cancel but these crooks still charged me and shipped product i cant afford nearly 200.00 dollars a month. Now i have to pay for shipping to return and cant make my CAR Payment !

J’ai souscrit à Unicity via un…
J’ai souscrit à Unicity via un intermédiaire sur TikTok qui m’a présenté l’offre comme étant sans engagement et arrêt à tout moment. Or, en réalité, il y avait un engagement caché. Le produit ne me convenant pas, j’ai demandé l’arrêt de l’abonnement ainsi que le remboursement intégral du montant de 163,55 € prélevé le 21 juillet 2025.
Non seulement le remboursement tarde depuis plus d’un mois, mais en plus, ils ne veulent me restitué que 151,64 €, en retenant 11,91 € sans justification claire. J’ai également retourné le produit dans les règles, mais la procédure est extrêmement longue et compliquée.
En résumé : manque de transparence, difficultés pour se faire rembourser et prélèvements abusifs. À fuir absolument.

Extremely terrible customer service and very disappointed, I wish I never ordered it in the first place.
I have been hearing about this for a while now so I thought I'll try it once to see, I placed one time order and now I am charged monthly for subscription, also when I called to speak to someone at the customer service about this issue and the person on the phone was not helpful and very rude and disconnected my call whist I was talking to him.
This is a terrible product and I would like my money back. Also cancel subscription and I would appreciate if someone can contact me via email as this is extremely terrible customer service and very disappointed, is this how you treat your customers? I wish I never ordered it in the first place.

Order still never shipped. I emailed the email they have on shop app and of course no one replied back. Tried to dispute it on my cc but chase said business have 30 days to deliver so until then I have to wait it out for another week til I can dispute the charge.

Rücksendung und Erstattung wird erschwert bis unmöglich gemacht, obwohl beworben die Möglichkeit von Rückgabe innerhalb von 60 Tage . Telefonisch schwer erreichbar. Kundendienst per Mail unverschämt. Man bekommt irgendwelche Listen zum ausfüllen. Es macht mich aggressiv. Man muss 3 mal schreiben, damit man dann eine Liste zum ausmalen bekommt. Hab noch kein Unternehmen kennengelernt, welches diese Praktiken anwendet. Nie wieder!!!

Katastrophaler Kundensupport
Ich wollte ein Produkt für meine Frau bestellen. Bei der Bestellung gab es ein technisches Problem und die Bestellung wurde dreifach ausgeführt.
Das Problem konnte schnell behoben werden, der Support hat mich kontaktiert gefragt ob die Bestellung beabsichtig so war und ich habe Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht beabsichtigt war. Die fälschlichen Bestellungen (2x) wurden dann rasch storniert und auch nicht ausgeliefert.
Da die Bestellung mittels Klarna abgerechnet wurde, mahn mich Klarna jetzt aber immer für die noch offenen 2x Bestellungen.
Bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit Unicity wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet und ich wurde informiert, dass dies korrigiert wird.
Jetzt nach 2 Monaten ist eine erneute Mahnung gekommen. Als ich mich erneut bei Unicity melde wurde ich vom Support Mitarbeiter informiert, dass die Lieferung bereits ausgeliefert wurde obwohl dies nicht der Fall ist, da diese bereits längst storniert wurde.
Absolute Katastrophe wie die mit Kunden umgehen.

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, et c’est tout à fait légitime de vouloir que les choses aillent vite, surtout quand il s’agit d’un remboursement.
Pour clarifier la situation : vous avez demandé l’annulation de votre commande le 6 mai, mais celle-ci avait déjà été expédiée. À ce stade, l'annulation directe n'était malheureusement plus possible. C’est pourquoi nous vous avons conseillé de refuser le colis à la livraison, afin qu’il nous soit automatiquement retourné.
Le colis a bien été refusé de votre part (merci encore pour votre réactivité), mais son retour vers notre entrepôt a pris plus de temps que prévu, un délai indépendant de notre volonté, mais que nous comprenons comme étant frustrant.
Dès que nous avons reçu le colis, nous avons immédiatement lancé le remboursement, qui est bien finalisé à ce jour.
Je me suis d’ailleurs permis de vous contacter il y a quelques minutes pour échanger directement avec vous, mais je comprends que vous n’étiez pas dans le bon mood pour discuter, et je respecte totalement cela.
