Horrible Experience with this product!!! The Distributor that I purchased it from reassured me that it was "all natural" and healthy. Not sure what's in the product because....after only two days of using this product I had very scary tremors, heart palpitations, and jitters. It was horrible. I contacted the Distributor Gloria, and she told me to get my refund from the Company and provided the phone number and email. It didn't make sense to me because I purchased it from her not the website. After some back and forth text communication, she agreed to meet with me but berated me and acted very aggressive for wanting my money back and had no compassion to the reaction my body had experienced. After her condescending behavior, she reluctantly gave me my cash back and I took it and immediately got in my car and left. Two different Unicity representatives clearly explained to me over the phone that when purchased from a Distributor, the Distributors themselves are the ones responsible for refunds, which makes absolute sense. What a horrible experience both from the product and from the local Distributor. Unprofessional distributor and questionable product.

I don’t know about all these bad reviews. I have been on it for 2 weeks and I feel great. I am not interested in selling this product. I only want to use it and so far I have lost 5 lbs. It definitely curbs my appetite and gives me energy. I will write another review in a month to let you know my progress.

I'm giving a poor rating because this…
I'm giving a poor rating because this is a pyramid scheme. I got caught up in one of these when I was in my 20s you never get anywhere you have to sell thousands a month to make anything off of this. They use most of their money to put in parties and send you everywhere, yeah that's nice. But you cannot sustain this. I would love to try their product but it's too expensive for me to buy, Point made.

I Don't understand how people can call…
I Don't understand how people can call this a scam! This product is backed up with a 3-month guarantee... I have lost 11 lb in 7 weeks, my body is changing in many different directions I never thought possible... I am committed therefore it is working... Trust the process...Yippee! Update 6-13/2025 in 6 months I have reached my destination and lost 20 lb... You must help unicity work meaning you cannot just eaten whatever you want anytime you want, use common sense because it works!

Scam company. The products are overpriced health supplements. Cheaper versions that do the same thing exist at regular stores. The Company and their distributors make dangerous health claims. Their science is not based on anything new. The company is ran by greedy dehumanizing people. Making their top executives rich is their only goal.

I was going to place an order since it was considered a "natural" and safe alternative for diabetics. I suffer from Hyperglycemia. 2 of the ingredients listed on their own website is Maltodextrin and Sucralose. I am very strict on not having artificial ingredients and stay away from hidden sugars. I'm so glad I did my own research and did not buy. Please be aware.

Hi Valerie, you may have been viewing an earlier version of the product or a market that still sells this older version. As with most things, we refine and improve iterations over time. Our current "Natural" version does not contain either Sucralose or Maltodextrin. It contains sweetners from the natural plant "Stevia rebaudiana" which has no effect on blood glucose levels. Also we use "Resistance Maltodextrin" which is not the same as Maltodextrin. Resistant maltodextrin (RMD) is a soluble fibre ingredient whose physiological functions are recognised by the Foods for Specified Health Use (FOSHU) for its ability to maintain healthy intestinal regularity, blood glucose levels, and serum lipids [16]. None of our ingredients are hidden and are all available at shop.unicity.com.

SCAM BEWARE! I placed an order with them early 2024 still haven't been refunded or had the parcel arrive to my door, they've suspended my account but won't suspend my words. I'm sharing this to people as this company has took so much money out of my wallet! SCAM AVOID!!

up date on present health just been on munjaro now 3 weeks working well loosing weight but most intresting difference between the unicity is on munjaro my insulin intake has stopped in 4 days now amazing with unicity it was haphazard and dangerous if i did not have my cgm it could have been nasty so again its still early days the munjaro is much more refined and working better at least you are monitored by a doctor as opposed to unicity just tom jones and harry selling it on tick tok will update again my journey as i said if you are on lots of preception meds this can be dangerous it was for me thank god to wexham park hospital for saving my life and ambulance drivers blue light me there

The worst customer service ever.
I had a subscription and cancelled it since the product did not work for my father. I then return it and it was successfully delivered on the 13/02/24 I then chase the refund to be told the refund was never submitted as it seems no one could be bothered it’s now the 25/02 and they are able to tell me how the refund would take or any update. This is shocking I would highly recommend not to use this company !!! Now I have been told they are still waiting on the finance team to confirm if the product can be resold it was unopened and I send the pictures as proof

They don’t advertise it as packed full of caffeine so I had to send it back. They initially agreed to refund me but then the dragged it out saying they had technical problems with refunding me. In the end I had to open a case with PayPal but because they dragged it out past the days since I placed the order PayPal turned me down for the refund. I had to make a massive stink with PayPal but eventually got my money back. Not from unicity but PayPal. I feel like unicicty knew to drag it out so that they could keep my money. From my experience I couldn’t possibly recommend using this company.

Having been on the system two months I can already see a difference. Unimate in the morning really helps
curb my cravings. My sister also started with me, she lasted one month but did not really take to the reigime and got a full refund even after using most of the product.

10% restocking fee for returns
In my opinion it did not work for weight loss and I did have a problem of it causing me heart burn that did stop after I stopped using it. Also, they do offer a refund for unused product but note they did charged me a 10% restocking fee to return it, which I have not received back yet.

Worthless money back guarantee
This product left me feeling jittery and bloated. The only reason I agreed to try it was because of the money-back guarantee, which has been a nightmare to claim. Despite emailing the company multiple times, all I’ve received are auto-responses with a claim number. I even offered to take the product back if they weren’t going to refund me, but they’ve completely ignored my messages. Don’t rely on their money-back guarantee—it’s essentially worthless.

On my 4th month already and I won't be stopping anytime soon!
I am currently on my 4th month of using the "feel great system" and while I haven't lost a lot of weight, I am seeing a huge difference in terms of how my face, waist, arms, thighs have become significantly smaller. I even notice them in my photos. Friends and family have also taken notice.
Also on the plus side, my sugar and cholesterol levels have gone down. You do have to have some sense of discipline though, don't think that you can take these products and eat everything and anything you want. You are paying a lot so you might as well match it with some discipline.
