Wonderful service from start to finish
Wonderful service from start to finish. The Sales team were all very knowledgeable, they listen to what I wanted but also gave their opinion, which was very welcome. The fitting was also spot on, he came on time, was professional and worked in a tidy manner, considering it was 30degee on arrival. We definitely recommend the team in Kirkby in Ashfield. Thank you for all your help.

Good service from the shop staff. Not so much, the fitters
I was really happy with the service within the shop, including the first initial appointment. Staff have always been friendly and very helpful.
What hasn't been so great has been the fitting. Despite being friendly and helpful, at times, walls and paint work were constantly scuffed, scratched and marked. I have a large crease in the vinyl flooring in the dinning room. The first fitters were extremely unhelpful, leaving a double bed to be put back together by myself. On asking for support, I was sternly told, that they expected all rooms to be clear of furniture, which is totally unrealistic!
Huge bags of excess carpet, underlay was left in the bedroom for me to take downstairs. It wasn't even placed outside!! Not impressed

Had a laminate flooring fitted by Makka Walker and his work colleague, these guys are absolutely amazing they cracked on and got the flooring down with a very high standards finishing. I would 1000% recommend.

I have no bad remarks
I went into the store and chose my flooring. I paid for it and was given a date and the knowledge that someone would call me to tell me what time they were coming. They rang me and they were here on time. Very pleasant group of people and they didn’t mess about. They were soon in and out and did a perfect job. I have other rooms that need a bit of a facelift and I will definitely go back to the same shop
