Didn’t take their rubbish away
Also had kitchen x bathroom floor done
I would have expected the kitchen x bathroom to have been siliconed around the edges

I went in for some flooring as I have just bought my first house. I am not very knowledgeable about carpets and did not know what type to go for. Corey served me straight away and explained everything in extensive detail. He was extremely helpful and polite, he’s a credit to the company.

Had to do finance twice and go into store,
Then when carpet fitters came I wasn’t told that we had to take carpets up,
Then bedroom carpet is a different colour then when bedroom was meant to be fitted didn’t get informed that it wasn’t being fitted that day, then when finally was being fitted didn’t get fitted till nearly 7pm at night as it wasn’t the correct colour or size, would rather of been told the truth than making excuses

I brought a carpet from United carpets ages ago, I had some left over so did the stairs today, I was 4 steps short, I asked United carpets if they could help, they gifted me a piece to finish the stairs, thank you Corey for being so understanding, nice to see a company help their customers.

Brilliant Lads, Fantastic Fitters, Helped moving the Sofas nothing to much trouble, Took all the excess cuts away with them, Thank you So much for a Brilliant Job, 10/10+++ Highly Recommend them Both and United Carpets

The lady who served us has helped us on another occasion and is very helpful, without being pushy. She allowed us time to browse and assisted with calculation and prices. She was patient when we looked at different options and recalculated prices. She is possibly one of the best assistance we have spoken to in a very long time. Because of the service we will come back again.

Had utility linoleum fitted, was poor fitting, bubbled and poor edging can visibly see where it’s been cut too short. Contacted and sent pictures to United Carpets to be told to let it settle. Was then told the fitter could return however we did not want this for obvious reasons.
No follow up since, no call back and now left with paying twice to rectify the works!

Just popped in to browse & get an idea of cost & timescale for fitting. The lady I spoke to was so helpful I ordered & arranged fitting whilst I was there.

I feel that I have not had the support from United carpets .I paid 1300 to have my carpet fitted I have the lounge and dining room. The fitters were told that I wanted the rooms done separately with a door runner in between. But the carpet fitters said it would look better all done in one piece. I asked for the rooms to be done separately when I booked it with United carpets
We had taken everything out of the room and my son stayed with me as the sofa we could not get out the roo. So we put it on wheels in the dining room and my son said to the fitters he had to nip home so if they finished the lounge it would just wheel in and he would take it off after .because they had decided to do the room in one piece they had to fold the carpet to get the sofa over to the side they had done but they said the problem happened because they tried to take the sofa off the wheels and they dropped it onto a full can of adhesive and punctured it causing it to go all over our walls in the lounge which we had just decorated it also went all over the new carpet and my sofa it was covered in it. It didn't help that the mate with him was not well . The fitters did say they would come back and try to clean it. They came back the next day and unfortunately it has ruined my sofa and the walls will need to be stripped and painted again.
We went to speak to the manager and she was basically saying it's down to the fitters .. he texted me and said why did you go to the shop . I thought it would be down to the place I brought the carpets from.
I am going to see the manager again and try and come to some agreement as I feel very let down by them

Didn’t turn up on agreed date, no communication. We had to chase. Agreed another date and specific time and were 4 hours late.
Poor cuts on the en-suite Lino.
Not a great job of honest. Disappointed.

A neighbour called me to alert me to the fact that the carpet fitter had unrolled my carpet and put it on the road to cut it. It was then run over by 2 cars and the metal door strip was buckled as well. I asked the carpet fitter why my carpet was on the road and he stated" because the pavement was too bumpy to cut it on" There is no way I could recommend the company after this which is a shame as the man I had dealings with in the store was extremely helpful

Buying the carpets was fine. Ordering etc all really good .
However please look at your fitters !!!
One was so smelly we had to spray an entire can of air freshener after he’d gone plus he’s smelt of booze . He then managed to scratch my newly plastered walls with the carpet taking it upstairs he’s put a great big dent which I’m now going to have to repair .
Also we had so much carpet left over don’t know why but I’m guessing that we paid for carpet that we didn’t use??? There was so much our neighbours used it to carpet an entire room with it . The carpets weren’t even fitted correctly we had to go back in store to get things rectified.

Sorry guys but if I have carpets again I wouldn’t use you

Customer service in shop very good, fitting the worse service, just laying the carpet and left the job

On the day of delivery I was supposed to to be having 2 carpets fitted both rooms where clear of furniture, when they turned up I was told only the living room was being fitted as the other was still out of stock, the carpet fitters put me on the phone to speak to someone who said someone had said to him that I new the carpet was out of stock as he had emailed me which he hadn’t , they then gave me another date of delivery, to which I was let down again , finally on the third attempt I got my carpet. Poor service ,can not remember the date as it was about 2 months ago

Fitters scratched my front door then denied it asking me if I had video to prove it.
Never use United Carpets again.

Thank you so much. Once again faultless service and beautiful carpets.
Despite moving the installation date forward considerably they still found a way to accommodate us.

Amazing work.

I will be back.
