Excellent customer service
Alan was really fantastic and he give me so much options he is very approachable and very helpful.
The guys who fitted the carpets was karl and Simon and they were so professional and neat in their work. They are very superb and really fantastic. They are so friendly and very helpful. I am so very happy with these guys and the company

Excellent advice and service
Staff in store were very helpful and assisted me in obtaining the right carpet and underlay. Simon and Karl the fitters were amazing. They did a great job fitting the carpet and left absolutely no mess. Overall, the experience has been extremely positive and I would recommend the store. I will definitely buy from United Carpets again.
