Went into store and the lady staff…
Went into store and the lady staff helped us choosing the carpet for the stairs and landing that matches our tiles in the hall, very helpful! Had a lovely discount from the store too and booked us in for fitting as quick as I needed it to! Couldn’t recommend them enough and looking forward to have our carpet fitted next week! Thanks again

Amazing customer service
Went into the shop today not sure what mattress to get at the price range I wanted. I have issues with my back. Emma served me and listened to everything I was looking for and pointed me into the direction of the perfect one for me. She went above and beyond making sure I got the right one for my back. She also made me laugh which was a added bonus!

Very happy customer
It was an easy transaction from start to finish. The showroom staff really knows their jobs. They were very helpful. Went in on the Wednesday and floor fitted on Saturday brilliant. The fitter was professional and we are very pleased with the finished floor. Special mention to Emma & Phil in store, who were brilliant and very professional, and Sid the laminate floor fitter who did a fantastic job.

Purchased a carpet in February 2024 excellent customer service, went back about 10th March for a piece of carpet to match hall way phil one of the staff went out of his way to find same carpet and he did thank you phil, excellent service again would Highly recommend united carpets pontefract store .

My 3rd purchase from united carpets in a year. Very good selection of carpets and vinyl all well priced. Helpful but not pushy staff. 2 fitters came to fit my room carpet, excellent speedy clean job. Will definitely use again and can highly recommended.

Love my carpets & Lyno, carpet fitters did brilliant job . Only thing had to pay them extra for carpet fitters to take out carpets up & to take them away i wasn't told this when I went to pick carpets paid my bill .

Zac has been amazing helping us choose exactly which carpets and flooring we would like for our new home, so many options and lots of colour choices to suit our requirements! Nothing was too much trouble for Zac and he was so helpful to two first time buyers with no clue on flooring or what we would need! Amazing place
What a fantastic Carpet company would 💯 recommend them to anyone
I measured my carpet wrong and nothing was to much trouble for them and within half hour or this happening they was back at my house with the right size Carpet and no extra charge.
