Quality customer experience
Very helpful staff in the Rochdale store, talked us through the options & what weight of carpet etc would be good for the bedroom.
Easy booking of a delivery/fitting slot.
The fitting was wonderful, can't praise the fitter highly enough, did an outstanding job in difficult conditions (due to Wren abandoning a wardrobe fitting halfway through) and with an incredibly narrow staircase to navigate.
The carpet is wonderful, fitted beautifully & all at a very good price.
Will be back for the stair carpet.

The whole experience was perfect. The lady in the showroom was very helpful & explained everything clearly. Also, the fitters were polite, efficient & did an amazing job.

Speedy service throughout. Very pleasant staff in the Rochdale store. The carpet fitters were cheery & got the carpets laid in double quick time. Refreshing to know that some companies can do what they say without any problems.

I had a hip replacement did not realise my old mattress would not be taken back. I did try to alter this on my account but not successful, I rang elk mill store spoke to a lovely lady who understood, and tried to change delivery and take old mattress but couldn't. Pretty poor service considering how much I payed .

Super friendly staff who are experts with all things related to carpets. No pushy sales or up selling forced on to us. Great price for a bedroom and stairs with a 2 week waiting period to be fitted. No fuss, stress or worries. Highly recommend using. Janis was fabulous.

The service we received from United Carpets was spot on from start to finish. From our experience in store, selecting a carpet and placing our order, right through to the fitting and aftercare. The staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. The quality of the product (carpet & underlay) is top class and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. Janis and rhys were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Was a pleasant experience shopping here. No pushy sales left to browse and as soon as we needed advice they were there to help, nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely use this store again and would recommend. Thanks to janis and rhys look forward now to getting our carpet fitted.

We have just received fantastic service from Janis at the Rochdale store.
There was no pressure from her but she was on hand when we needed help.
She gave us a price, but then we changed our mind and it was no issue for her starting all over again.
Her expert advice really helped us.
