Really friendly in store, fitting wasn’t great
Can’t fault the shop store, really friendly, visited and measured twice and offered good advice. We opted for some end of the line carpet and fitting was all arranged quickly, unfortunately the quality of fitting and the amount of waste that was left to clean up and clear ruined a good experience.

A great friendly store
A great friendly store. They gave expert advice on the carpet and underlay I ordered along with the single mattress, and I was kept up to date vie text message how the order, delivery and fitting service was going.
The carpet looks great and the mattress is super comfy too.

Great choice and service start to fitting.
Great choice of carpets in showroom and advice from salesman Norman. No pressure sales and options offered. Able to borrow samples toview" how look at home" Delivery dates as advised. Carpet fitter Mike was excellent and speedy and tidy. Used United Carpets three times now and recommend them highly.

Dissatisfied …
I liked the carpets but I was measured while I got the bedrooms measured for landing and stairs . However nobody rang to give me a quote . I rang 3 times and was told someone would call me back, then they said they had misplaced my measurements .

5 star service from start to finish
Untied carpets is literally couple doors down from my house. From ordering Instore by a helpful staff member in Southport.
To the call centre calling me to arrange delivery, to getting it delivered and built.
5 star service. Wouldn't use anyone else.
This is the 2nd bed I've bought from United carpets, I'm getting another bed delivered in May for my daughter.
Also they Accept blue light card which was a bonus! 😃

Perfect job.
We had to wait rather longer than we expected for the carpet to arrive in stock, but it was worth the wait. The carpet is exactly as we expected, and beautifully fitted.
