Staff in store were great but not the fitters
Whilst the staff in the Wakefield store are very helpful and professional, the carpet fitters were not . I had a join in the carpet in the hallway which I was expecting, but the way this was left was quite frankly appalling. He just sprayed adhesive all over the new underlay and told the apprentice to keep walking on it. No carpet tape was used, it was so amateurish, I felt insulted that they thought I would accept this.
I went back to store and discussed this with them and they arranged to send the fitters out again. Whilst this is now better than it was, it is still very obvious and crooked . It annoys me every day when I look at it. This can't be right! The trouble Is I don't generally like to complain so I am putting up with it rather than go back and complain again, which everyone tells me isn't acceptable.

Havent got my order yet
Havent got my order yet, was told 3 weeks, turned into 2 months from order date. Person doing the order wasnt very polite and had no information on repayments with finance company at all.

Great friendly service, great prices
The guy in the shop helped me and advised me to find a good carpet to suit my needs and budget. He was friendly but professional throughout and got me a great deal. I usually use United carpets as I have always found them to be good quality and great prices.

Great service, fab product, reliable fitting
We have ordered laminate floor and carpets and the service has been excellent, fitters arrived as booked and one went over and above when we needed slightly more laminate to fit us in an finish the job that same week, would highly recommend and will be going back next year for a stair carpet.

Dave the salesman made it a seamless experience on sorting everything out and within our budget,no pressure sales just professional help that we needed to laminate and carpet our bungalow which was completed on time to a very high standard,we would highly recommend this company and it's helpful staff,but a special thanks to Dave who worked very hard to keep everything in budget and looked after us from the minute we walked in until the job was complete.5* experience.
