Marie was so lovely, friendly and helpful. I was a first time customer, and Marie helped me with everything as I wasnt sure on what I needed. Will definitely be returning for the rest of my carpets.

Luke was amazing
Luke was amazing nothing was too much trouble, he came and helped with the measurements as we only lived a few minutes away from the shop. The fitters were very professional and helpful (husband and wife team) The carpets look great and a very reasonable price

The shop staff very helpful and…
The shop staff very helpful and pleasant .The carpet I wanted was not available at Worksop but the lady who served me ordered it from another shop. I got my carpets laid when I wanted and the fitters were great very helpful.My carpet looks stunning and I could not be happier the price and quality excellent Thankyou

You have incompetent fitters
You have incompetent fitters. Why they put our new carpet down without any underlay is beyond me. The fitters would not listen and they seemed to want to put the blame on store staff. Surely if they worked as a team and had asked appropriate questions the situation could have been avoided

Over all they where very good
Over all they where very good. The only small thing that I wasn’t happy about was I wanted someone to come and measure the room but it ended up that my son had to measure it which wasn’t ideal although he made a good job. The fitters were great. They turned up on time and made a really good job

Over the last 25 years I've bought all of my carpets from the Worksop branch and they have been absolutely brilliant to deal with the best for quality price and fitting can't recomend them high enough.

Dissatisfied
Reluctant 2 IV used this company for years & couldn't fault them but this time ? First fitted bedroom carpet had to come back as left something underneath? ( Not very professional) ) the week after had lino fitted in kitchen absolutely shocking 2 & 3 millimeter gap around edges lino not put under kick boards where in the past this company had done so !!! & On both occasions I've never heard carpets & lino being laid as noisy as mine was it was shocking I honestly thought the house was falling down .. so next time it's a shame to say but I'll be trying elsewhere

Wouldn’t go back.
We had 3/4 carpet and rest laminate, we asked if they could lay carpet and the divider for us and my husband would lay laminate to save money and he knows how to do laminate but doesn’t want to mess the new carpet up with all the cuts that is needed. They was like sure no problem.
The carpet fitters were lovely and came a week or two after the initial quote and ordering of the laminate.
The fitting day came and they didn’t fit the divider when asked they said the laminate needs fitting first which we didn’t know nor get told we was told opposite from sales man in store.
They then ordered us two extra boxes of laminate for error and charged us for them. When we asked for refund they said they can’t give full refund as they was ordered but we gave them the measurements and they ordered it all saying this is exact fit!? They then gave £40 back for the packs that were £50 each according to the fitters. The fitters eventually came back to finish the divider installation and they’d left the glue all over the divider and scratched/ dinted it.
The sales man is three sheets to wind and doesn’t know what he’s on about.
Defo wouldn’t recommend.

Very good service extremely helpful but not pushy. Good choice and prices . Also Quick efficient fitter. I had browsed all flooring shop in area. In my opinion This one was the best .
