Disappointed
The sales team where fine and the gentleman who came to measure was nice. Unfortunately the sales team have a different approach to fitting than the fitting team. The flooring was fitted without any major problems although there was a lot of waste. Door plates ordered I feel where incorrect as they did not stick to flooring as advise the would. The fitters have been out to refit door plates however 2 weeks later these plates have once more come away.

We had purchased new furniture for the house, and it was being delivered 8 days later, but we had forgotten to order new carpet United Carpet’s was our 1st call great range of carpet and under lay, they laid the new carpet 2 days before the furniture arrived, great job and the carpet is great.

The sub contractors left to toilet seat…
The sub contractors left to toilet seat covered in urine and put the lid down .nobody had been in the property from when the carpet was fitted.the property was put up for sale and the estate agent contacted me to tell me.about the urine covered toilet bseat after the potential buyer lifted up the toilet lid

Carpet and vinyl fitted a few days before Christmas
Excellent service in the shop and from the fitters, very polite, friendly and professional all sorted just a few days before Christmas placed an order in the shop on the Saturday before Christmas and they fitted carpets and vinyl on Tuesday before Christmas. Many Thanks Linda , Wrexham

Brilliant experience…
I cannot rate the whole experience highly enough.
From the customer service in the store from Emma, to the quality of the carpet for the dining room and the quality and design of the vinyl for the hallway, downstairs toilet and kitchen. It has transformed the space.
The guys that fitted the whole lot were just brilliant.
Clean and tidy, very professional and quick too.
They didn’t stop.
I can honestly say that they were the best.
The precision measuring, cutting and finishing of the vinyl and carpet was superb.
I would highly recommend this team and cannot praise them enough.
Thank you United carpets, from two very happy customers.
Ps my husband is very hard to please and he was amazed by the precision of the team. 👍

Very polite and professional. The job was done in less than a hour. The carpet looked lovely. Very impressed. So much so I'm going back to the store next year to sort out two further rooms Definitely recommended. :-)
