Such a crap company. Bought a window hinge and even I explained what I really need to the guy on the phone, they sent a wrong one and when I showed it to my builder her said is wrong and he ordered himself the one he needs , contacted UPVC store and explain them and asked for return and refund, they were the worst company ever, took months to send me the return voucher. I paid £19.56 including £4.99 delivery and when I returned it they charged around £6 for return. disgrace , I just left it , they are not worth the hassle. Crap company ,

No response to x2 emails within a week seeking advice/support for specific fit of a component. Good luck if you need them for after sales etc.

I was in a jam after my door handle would not activate the lever locking system and thus could not open my door. Rather than push me towards an expensive locksmith, I was given some excellent advice which enabled me to open the door myself and remove the faulty gearbox which the UPVCSTORE replaced at a very reasonable price. I then reassembled the door and everything worked perfectly. The net result being that I could fix the door quickly and save well over £200.00 in costs.

Our uPVC door refused to lock, clearly replacement parts were required, the makers name (Fullex) was stamped on the mechanism, the next step was to ask the experts, I contacted the uPVC store who suggested that the measurements shown on their on-line store be used as a check together with their help. The replacement gear box (locking mechanism) was ordered late on the Wednesday, which arrived on Friday (we live in a remote Welsh village) which I fitted immediately, it fitted and operated perfectly.
All I can say is that the help I received from UPVC store locks people was without fault, the delivery was excellent, a big thank you for both help and a prompt service, also for the quality replacement gearbox.

I ordered a total of 5 assorted tubes of Stelmax filler and adhesive in 135g tubes, for shipment to the USA. Total was GBP58.27 plus GBP49.99 for shipping. Order was filled correctly and shipped promptly, so why just two stars? BECAUSE: the packaging left A LOT to be desired. Five tubes stuffed into a (thinly) padded envelope, then folded over and wrapped with brown adhesive packaging tape until the blob (that's what it looked like when received) was completely covered. Absolutely NO protection. Needless to say, the tubes were MANGLED. Surely, the shipping was sufficient to afford a protective BOX, at the very least? I doubt very much the actual cost to ship approximately 700 grams was more than GBP30. Maybe there was GBP20 worth of tape? I don't think so. What happened to the balance? The tubes can be used, but I will not get full use out of them because of the way they are crushed and bent.

First handle turned up damaged sent another damaged to then tell me it's down to manufacturing

Good service, good delivery time, the gearbox design was slightly different to the original one I have, still fitted be did catch slightly on the window catch when closing. This did not stop the window closing so was ok. Easy to fit.
