Carl has fixed a couple of issues in our flat now. He is always friendly, fix’s the issue and leave where he has been working very tidy.

I’ve now worked with Xavier on two separate lettings, and on both occasions the service has been excellent.

Communication has been prompt, professional, and clear throughout the entire process. Xavier has been proactive in securing tenants quickly, keeping me updated regularly, and handling negotiations efficiently.

This latest letting was agreed swiftly at a strong rental figure despite a softer market, which I really appreciate.

I was searching for a new place to rent in Manchester having gotten a job in the city. I reached out to urbanbubble and immediately got loads of potential apartments sent to me the very next day by Johanne, I requested a viewing and got that sorted as soon as I was available. Alessandra met me at the property and did an amazing job showing me the potential listings. I'm very satisfied with how prompt the whole process was and how Johanne and Alessandra handled it all.

Really positive experience with the Urban Bubble team. Alessandra, Johanne, and Dora all played a part in securing my property quickly and even negotiated my rent down from £1,150 to £1,085. Communication throughout was great, and Dora came in on a Saturday for my move-in day & when I ran into an issue out of hours, the team picked up and sorted it. I have to say this is the fastest we have ever made the holding deposit to rent a property. Both me and my partner asked a lot of questions and had some trouble uploading the documents but Alessandra guided us by patiently answering all of our questions and finding out about the documents that we could upload to finish the process. Avoid at all costs. They tell you they are getting quotes on jobs that need doing but they never get done, yet they still charge us for something. A couple of apartments have damp and they aren’t doing nothing about it even though it states it causing health problems. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
