Order sent same day and arrived early
Order placed in the afternoon, dispatched that day and arrived well within the 5 days. Happy with the socks and Scate spanner I ordered, all as described. Good job!

Saw a couple of t-shirts, ordered them, they arrived 3 days later, and they fit. Easy and quick (considering I'm too tight to pay for faster delivery), everything I want from an online shopping experience.

Awesome surf online shop
I have been after a backpack for some time and I have checked all different surf shops, online retailers etc. I came across Urban Surfer and the range was pretty good (backpacks). They provided good details on the bags but best of all they sold it at a very reasonable price. I couldn't resist and I will be shopping with them again soon.

Great service highly recommended.
I had a great service with Urban Surfer. They are highly recommended from me. I ordered my trainers Saturday evening, opted for free 2nd class delivery and the shoes were here Wednesday.
Great quality shoes, no dodgy stains or slight imperfections you can get with surf dome etc.
Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the choice of size 12 shoes is very limited. Using the filters leaves me with choosing from around 10-12 pairs of size 12 trainers, including the ones I bought.
I was given a 15% discount code in the box when it came so I was eager to spend more with them on trainers but this has been severely limited due to the above.
Other than that everything was perfect. Great store and will be keeping an eye out for more from them.
