Dont waste your time ; these never answer the calls

An hour on half on hold trying to get through before giving up. Unanswered emails. Don't waste your time.

I contacted Used Car Parts UK by email, they did not reply. I contacted them directly on their web page. They did not reply. I phoned and was left waiting for OVER 2 hours with awful music. I gave up!

Terrible service - Total waste of time

Tried calling as they say they have a part I want. Called first time and was on hold waiting for an answer for half hour in position two. Hung up and called straight away thinking there may be a glitch of some sort only to be placed in position three. Waited over an hour before giving up. Came here to check reviews only to find several others have had same problem.
Company house check says it dissolved in 2020!!!
So just wasted about 2 hours for nothing!!!!

Which would explain why they never reply or answer the phone

You'd have thought someone would have the sense to take the website down...

The way accounts are handled is shocking. Im working as a web security consultant and there is a 0% chance I would trust this site with my pii.

I have been ringing this company for two weeks, to order a part. No one ever answers. I have also left three messages via their contact form and no one has contacted me. Very frustrating and I don't know how this company makes any money.

Seen a part i wanted to buy, no reply from online enquiry so I called. On hold for over an hour so have up!

If only there was a zero star option. 3 online enquiries, 3 phone calls, each time 3rd in the queue - over an 1.30 wasted on phone calls never to reach anyone or a response to the enquiries. Don’t waste your time with this lot.

3 enquiries made for a part, no one replies. On hold for ages and every time i was 3rd in the line on hold.
Absolute shambles and I doubt they do much business. After reading other reviews I’m really glad that I didn’t get through to anyone 👌🏻

Alas a total waste of time three e mail inquiries no reply, five calls over five days but just left on hold last time was an hour before gave up, previous was 1 hour 17 minutes without getting any reply.
As said a total waste of time and same issues reported by other users alas one to avoid you will not get anywhere with them

Shady. Kept on hold for hours, other reviews show this is common because they're avoiding giving refunds for low quality parts. Probably dodged a bullet. Would rather wait for the OEM part to be in stock. Avoid.

Purchased a used tailgate for my Hyundai from their eBay shop.
Dubious at first as I have never bought used car parts before online.
D A Autoparts in Dumfries answered all my questions and sent additional photos.
Tailgate arrived the next day well packaged and on a pallet.
When fitted on the car it looks great and got it for a brilliant price.
Would highly recommend.
