.... 51 days to fulfill an order. Multiple calls, multiple request for information, no priority or urgency.

Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.

Have not received item. Was promised on 12/24/19, and now scheduled for 12/26/19. I realize that it IS the Christmas season, and understand that there can be delays, all I would suggest is that you don't provide a delivery date that you aren't sure of! Mreet Christmas in the interim! Gb

Sending me an email stating the merchandise is on the truck 3-4 days after it arrives is useless.

still have not got my part !paid for 3 day shipping and your a week late time sensitive issue real estate wont close till its fixed

I didn't het an order acknowledgement and I had to email them to get any shipping info. I received the shipping info a day or 2 after I had received my order. On the plus side the part I ordered was good quality and worked as advertised. The checkout was easy.

Great web page parts ordering. Found a must have tub fitting for a 20 year old marble tub. So pleased!!

It was easy to find and order the parts. They arrived in a couple of days. Couldn't have been easier.

Ordered a replacement pump and control panel. Delivery took almost a month, in the meantime the spa tub is sitting there without the pump in place. When i re ei ed the pump today, no control panel...... more phone calls in my future

Ordered a part over two weeks ago, have not seen it and asking me for a review??

After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and asked where my product was. He said he would look into it and call back later that day. Then, 2 days later, after not hearing ANYTHING from them, I called all day and got no answer. I emailed and nothing. I called my credit card company and told them the charge was fraud and couldn't get an answer from US Parts. They credited my account and I emailed US Parts again to tell them, if they were legit, to cancel my order and refund the money. About a week later I received a ship notice. This company is horrible.

I called many places, most said it's to old to find. Yet he found in one minute thus the 5 stars....

The staff is very helpful but the shipping option stinks. I ordered the product a week ago and they the UPS gave the package to the USPS and I’m looking at 1 to 3 more days before I get the product.

I really don’t think it is right that I had to pay 68 dollars to send back a brand new corner unit they I could not use. I emailed you about this m no one got back to me. I don’t think that is fair

The usparts expert was so helpful and got me exactly the part I needed! This was a great experience with good results.

Delivered as promised, just have to do the installation.
Do not see any issues at this time. should be a piece of cake.

The pump/motor fit perfect and runs like a new spa. The chat box was very slow and not much help so from original contact until installation I was nervous about size but it worked out terrific.
