Bushings as advertised but took over a week to deliver even though had to pay for expedited shipping???

It got off to a rocky start but improved very much. Because my plumber selected an incorrect pump, one with an electrical box sitting on the top, that wouldn’t fit in the space allowed for it, I was forced to return that pump. In speaking with an agent for the supplier I was told that all of their pumps had such a box on them. This was in spite of the fact that their website showed at least a half dozen pumps without the box. After establishing that they had a proper pump my order was processed very well. Now the new pump is installed and seems to be working fine. And I have just learned that my refund has been processed. Except for the original mismessage all was very well handled. I never did receive an apology for being told there were no pumps without the box on top.

It took a little prodding to get the pump I ordered to ship, but once it was, it got here shortly. I also needed a different type of on/off switch that I didnt know I needed, but after talking to a service rep, that got shipped pronto. Thanks
