Quite honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever come across, 7 weeks since purchasing from V12 and still waiting for their management team to sort out our issue.
Utter disgrace and now forced to commence legal proceedings against the company to recoup the outstanding money.

You have to go threw head office & your in queue , they will not give you the garages number

Electric car sold with no charging cables , sales guy wanted to take one off another car I said that’s probably what’s happened to the one in car sold.
Pushy about selling extended warranty I said no I can make my own independent choice.

Went up worktop waiting 1 hr 30 minutes…
Went up worktop waiting 1 hr 30 minutes said there put away to get it fix as I made appointment not telling me at and drive 2 hrs long
Then went other in stoke which no appointment but said call back which again no call back me if he was free so I had booking appointment at 3 went in morning knowing be busy took 2 to 3 hours sort paperwork out long day not doing it again this company

Mixed Experience
I had a very 'mixed' experience with purchasing my vehicle from V12. It started off great, all very laid back and friendly. I test drove my vehicle alongside the sales manager, very transparent and honest experience - all that was great. However when it came to the actual purchase of the vehicle some cracks started to show - firstly they are very short staffed and are spread thin between multiple customers, meaning that i never had full focus on me, and the other customers likewise on them. The biggest fault...was the persistent push for 'Gold cover' insurance. After receiving the inevitable push to try and sell me this extra service, i proceeded to make it very clear that i was not interested in this (its £2000+ extra on top of the cost of the vehicle) however instead of the 'no problem' response, i was instead further pressured more and more and questioned the reasons why i didn't want it. The sales rep then disappeared into the managers office and shut the door, i was adamant that if he came back and tried to push it one more time - then i would have walked away. No amount of being offered free coffee covers that expense or that pressured experience, it didn't feel good at all.
Overall I'm happy, I got a really lovely vehicle out of this, however there are certainly ways in which they can improve going forward, and according to the newly appointed sales manager - he is aware of this.

Very pushy and tried to sell me things I didn’t want and told them so. Got them anyway!
Took a while for my £100 to cover V5 to be returned but after some confusion it was eventually returned to a different account to where they said it would go.

They transported the car we wanted to look at from Worksop to Meir Heath near to where we live. The car was very clean and presentable. The salesman ? Smith was very helpful and informative.

Bought a car from V12
Bought a car from V12 , left it a couple weeks until reviewing. Car is fantastic , the buying process was first class , can't fault anything from V12 stoke, took out the warranty refused at first but glad I did , not needed yet but it's there if needed , love the car and the service provided , very happy , thankyou V12 stoke.....

Missing Charge Cable
The second hand EV was without a charging cable (a standard item in all EVs) and when queried it seemed to cause a fuss. A single phase cable was offered, but the car is supplied with a 3-phase one. One was eventually found, but then it was not put into the car, so when we drove off we didn't have it. These things cost £500 new (including the case), so we feel we have been treated badly.

Overall disappointing in every touch…
Overall disappointing in every touch point. Some of their sales people in Hinckley were supportive, but when push comes to shove, the sales made, they leave you alone and obviously don't care about after sales.
The sales process was hardwork, the Stoke office in particular was just poor service. Sales person, Jack, tried every opportunity to upsell you this and that, from the 'lifetime guarantee' polish, to the additional warranty. Also told me that the Kia, HAD to be serviced by Kia or the warranty would be void which is a lie.
To top it all off, I mentioned that there was a problem with the mirror area which was damaged and had obviously been thrown together with a bodge job and some black silicone - it came off quickly after buying the car. I asked to get a service too, as this should have been done before, all promised - nothing delivered.
Would not personally go through these again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I purchased an Audi Q7 from V12 Sports and Classics Ltd, which was clearly advertised and confirmed to have a full service history. This was a key factor in my buying decision.
After the purchase, I contacted Audi directly and was shocked to learn that no service history exists, either physically or digitally. I double-checked this through my own access to the vehicle’s online record — it is completely blank.
I immediately raised this with V12, only to be ignored by the original salesperson, who has since ghosted all communication. Aftersales have been no better – they repeatedly say it’s the branch’s responsibility but offer no resolution and no accountability.
It’s now been over two weeks with zero meaningful action taken. The car was misrepresented, and I’m left chasing a dealership that clearly doesn’t care once the sale is done.
This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. I would urge anyone thinking of buying from here to think twice — especially if you expect basic honesty or aftersales support. V12 are quick to sell, but vanish when problems arise.
